A smart guy as in "not an idiot". Texas has just reduced border traffic from 3,000 a day to 3 a day by putting up razor wire. All the laws necessary to do this are already on the books. All of the republican governors support Texas in this endeavor. The states that aren't doing this are Arizona and California, two democrat run states. Nothing is stopping Biden from shutting down the border and stopping the chaos right now, all the laws are there.

Joe Biden has caused border crossings to increase exponentially because it provides cheap labor to the oligarchs and it increases the demand for their products to have 10 million more people in the country. He has used taxpayer money to feed, house, transport them as well as other forms of support because all these immigrants view him as a generous president who cares for them. Who claimed that IDs for voting were racist? It is the Democrats who want to take taxpayer money and buy 10 million votes and allow illegal immigrants to vote in the election. They are taking schools and other resources away from the people who live in these cities.

The Bill that they are calling "border security" means that those allowing this illegal invasion will be secure from prosecution. It isn't cutting down on on immigration. You can't throw the borders open for 37 months causing Fentanyl deaths to double or triple and then say that now you are concerned about closing it and it is the Republicans who are stopping you, only the most brain dead idiot would buy that.

Mostly it is about padding the polls with voters who will make the USA a permanent Dem hellhole.

There are 111 cities in the US that are 200k or larger in population. I estimate it would take 100 people per city to cause a complete blackout, and so only 11,000 that could cause all 111 cities to have a blackout at the same time. If you did that you would bring down the entire grid in the US. These would be your well trained soldiers.

Blackouts cause a huge disruption to police, fire, and emergency services that it makes it very easy to create mayhem, chaos, looting, rioting, etc. They estimate there are 2 million gotaways, indicating a variety of felons who would not have made it through the gate, these could be triggered once the lights go out to go berserk. Imagine 10-20,000 of these felons in each of those 111 cities rioting, looting and setting things on fire.

From what I've seen, the Democrats are up the creek in the presidential race and perhaps many other elections this year.

-Biden is not fit to be president now let alone for four more years, God forbid

-Michelle has made it abundantly clear for years that she is not interested in the position

Suppose the CIA has decided the best way to fight this war is to kill the leaders of various countries. One way to do that is if they were to die choking. Now suppose they trot out Biden at meal time and while these leaders are eating they watch this video of Biden declaring he is mentally competent to be president because he coerced the Mexican president to open his borders to Gaza. They might die laughing.
