Why is the elephant defending Trump?
The elephant represents the GOP, so possibly the GOP is waking up to the truth. Also the Supreme Court is not automatically supporting the Democrats lawfare.

So far all that the RINOs have done is attack Trump and refuse to support his agenda. Now that the Blacks and Latinos are turning to Trump, they may be trying to get on the bandwagon. Trump should never have joined the Republic party, and neither should he have supported traitors Johnson or McCarthy. Seems that he never learns any lesson.

I heard that he chose his rino son in law as his advisor instead of Don Jr. Big mistake surrounding himself with that type again and again.

So instead of acknowledging that Trump's character flaws and criminal behavior make him unfit for running for office, his advocates point the finger at his opponents instead. If a pastor was caught cheating on his wife, could he or a member of his congregation say that he should be not criticized very much because an Imam or a Mormon preacher in his town has multiple wives? When a teenager gets caught using drugs, drinking or engaging in premarital sex, can he say to his parents he shouldn't be disciplined because most other kids/teenagers engage in these behaviors?
This seems to be the mindset of those in this thread who vehemently defend Trump.

Trump is not the exception he is the "typical" for politicians, so I am not sure why you make him your sole focus, unless it is TDS

I agree with you, these comments about him are so absurd. Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Biden, LBJ, JFK, Nixon dig down just a little and you discover some very horrible facts about who they are. So for them to make a big deal about Trump, doesn't make any sense other than they must think Christians are so gullible they'll actually listen to that junk. No doubt there must be a few useful idiots pushing this, but for the most part I think it is just evil people trying to manipulate the gullible and foolish.

bit of a myopic view you have going on there. I don't necessarily defend Trump myself, but what is the alternative? in fact, I live here but I am not American (or illegal.)

I would say that the Dems are punishing Trump at the moment....but for crimes he did not commit

I would also state that you are clearly ignoring what you do not find props up your beliefs :)

I think the view is really crystal clear, if you follow their rules Christians could not vote for anyone. I think that is the real goal of their speaking. After all an election is a choice between the candidates but every time you bring up Biden's sins do they address them? No, just use the fact that you bring them up to slander people.

We will see when the courts decide whether his actions are illegal or not. Until then he has the right to be viewed as innocent.
good way to look at it.

the old fashioned way- not the new " the media decides who o guilty or innocent.."

Highly probable that gets fooled due to his inflated ego and warped sense of self.
He probably thinks that his irresistible charm or indominable machismo will inevitably induce his colleagues to unwavering loyalty, fealty, and have them fall into ranks behind him and his cause.

Unfortunately, their own egos and sense of worth are likewise inflated.
And many are entirely sinister characters who have a criminal psychological profile and have zero inhibition to commit extremely egregious and unlawful acts.

Trump has a lot to learn. He should have canned the old guard immediately upon ascending to office.
Its the only sensible thing to do.

African and Middle Eastern Nations Withdraw Gold Reserves Amid American Economic Concerns
ByJillian Bennett
APR 24, 2024

In a move reflecting growing concerns over the stability of the American economy, several African and Middle Eastern nations have begun withdrawing their gold reserves from the United States in recent months. This trend marks a significant shift in global economic dynamics and underscores the increasing skepticism among nations regarding the traditional safe haven status of the US dollar and American financial institutions.

You have to be much more than "skeptical" to go to the trouble of doing this. Do they think Fort Knox is about to be invaded? Do they think the US is about to collapse into anarchy? There were concerns about the US economy after 911 and in 2008 and in 2015 but no one was pulling gold out.

Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Senegal, Cameroon, Algeria, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia all think that it is safer to keep the gold in their country than in Fort Knox?

Many have been naive to the type and depths of unconstitutional and lawless works within the US government. Thus naivety seems to be the characteristic of many until they're awakened.

From some things I've read and from what Trump has been dealing with for the last 4 years, his naivety and that of many of us who just seem not to want to think about the devils among us, I doubt another Trump admin would be marked by such naivety.

Aren't there groups like Heritage that have been working to assemble a large staff (thousands) that can immediately replace whatever staff can be immediately replaced?

Probably one of the larger tasks will be to realize it's time to assert law and order again in line with the constitution and apply some penalties that don't even seem to be thought of anymore. Law among men and on the books is just a system of thought which can be ignored or applied. The current system is so broken and overburdened that these admins can break laws and know it can take years to fight about it in courts. And this is just one of the issues we have.

I suppose at this point there's also the consideration of the concept of the point of no return and what the electorate actually is (assuming this even matters anymore). Lawlessness doesn't have many limitations until it is addressed if it can be.
