Now if you would think of Black Racism as being presented (and that is what DEI and critical race theory are) you would be right.
White racism may be present in a few cases, but most of the white population is not promoting whiteness and is not racist. The very fact that so many whites actually voted Obama into office twice proves that. So no ethnic group (Caucasian,Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, etc) should accept this nonsense. But all the universities and even public institutions have not only funded DEI generously but embraced it as "OK".
All racism should have been shut down long ago, but Barack Obama and his wife revived Black Racism. Most people are not aware that Obama was a buddy of Black Muslim Louis Farrakhan (who is very racist against whites). Then Obama was probably coached by Communist Saul Alinsky to use race as a political weapon. And Obama and Michelle did use it as the record shows.
Since there are no Marxist "classes" (connected to "class struggle" which is a tenet of Marxism) as such in America, race is an excellent divider to maintain conflict and tension (as Marx taught). And DEI has made sure that there will be racial conflict and tension.
Biden has also made racial discrimination a government policy, with whites being the ones discriminated against. Nobody wants to speak about all of this publicly, because whites have been (and are being) made to feel guilty about how they were created by God. "White guilt" is an excellent way to pull out the race card whenever a black is guilty of criminality. You can discover this for yourself. Why were the Leftists calling Trump a "racist" and a "white supremacists"? so that black voters would shun hum without even investigating these lies.
Few white Americans have told blacks talking about "reparations" (for the past) that that was then, and this is now, and in between the governments have been giving blacks many advantages to make up for that. Hundreds of blacks (possibly thousands) have actually prospered in the USA for some time. Many are in the professions and have been accepted as competent "people", not blacks. Many obtained high government positions for their capabilities, but today it is not about competence but color.

Presidential candidates explain Christianity
Moderator: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to tonight's presidential debate. We have a unique segment planned for you where our candidates, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Donald Trump, will each explain their understanding of Christianity. Let's start with Mrs. Clinton.
Hillary Clinton: Thank you. Christianity, to me, is about love, compassion, and service to others.
Love -- this is why I support aborting 60 million babies, it is all about love.
Compassion -- this is why I told Biden to not concede and why I accuse Trump of being an election denier. Liars and thieves need compassion too.
Service to others -- this is why over 100 people close to me have committed suicide. It's about following the teachings of Jesus Christ, who preached dying to self.

Joe Biden: Christianity is at the core of my beliefs and values. It's about faith, hope, and charity.
Faith -- that is a little girl with nice smelling hair that I used to take showers with.
Hope -- another little girl I am close to.
Charity -- yep, another little girl. It's about treating others with dignity and respect, regardless of their their age or laws about pedophilia. It's about living out the principles of love and empathy. I love money and I am empathetic to others who have sold themselves to do sin.

Donald Trump: Well, Christianity is a tremendous faith, really fantastic. It's about winning, folks, winning bigly. Jesus, let me tell you, he was a winner.
