Time will tell, but how much time do we need to tell, that is what I keep wondering seems like 2000+ years should be sufficient when Jesus clearly stated "when you see these things" and "shortly"

The heavens did not depart from.the earth in 70 ad.


Look carefully at Jesus words in the next two verses.

Luke 23
30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.


Revelation 6
16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?




Jesus says many things in the gospel to the people of Israel that are recorded in other books.Almost all are concerning his coming.
You may not believe it now,but the Israeli government is the beast from the sea.Theres a reason the prophets of Israel constantly warned Israel not to sin.Blessed they are who can overcome.

The sea represents Gentiles and the land the Jews.

Some might. Some might say it is simply the language of de-creation. In other words, language that is the opposite of creation language. It is speaking of the end of a covenant or an undoing of a covenant that will soon fade away.
Preterists have many views. They can't be contained in a short post or even series of posts.
