In the area where I live the state police are investigating a double fatality where a car lost control and crossed over into another lane and collided head on into another car. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. The car that lost control had a 15-month baby in the back seat. The baby's injuries are serious, but not life threatening. Please be praying for this baby that everything will be okay and be praying that the mom is in the picture or at least a grandparent that is willing to take full responsibility.

One thing to remember pay attention when you are driving because one second you take your eyes of the road could cost someone their life.

This is a tragedy. I have said a prayer for the baby and all those that were affected. You were right in pointing out that you must focus when you are driving. Sad.

You don't know that the driver who lost control WASN'T paying attention. He may have had a heart attack or stroke or something like that.. either way, it's still a tragic loss for both families.

The driver who lost control was 28 years old and the police have ruled out medical to have caused loss of control. They are believing speed and/or phone could have caused this.
