I read a word here. I pray.. in JESUS NAME we remember no matter what we do. No matter how evil it is. Christ will never turn us away. I know I know nothing. I always ...where do they go now? If we can't help them where do they go? :(

A man beaten so bad..blood everywhere. Asked by the man that did it "why do you keep doing this?" "because I love you". That man got saved. A preacher two kids lived next door to a abortion clinic. The dad would always send cookies an stuff over. The two that ran it were gay. Keep doing this for along time. Had them over for dinner. One time when they came over for dinner..they got saved "song now.. Chain breaker" they were living together at that time. They stopped living together.

A young gay man kicked out. His friend says the can stay with them. One day the friend said.. what about Jesus. The young gay man said..been there done that. The friend said...no. If you need to get mad at someone I will be here. If you need someone to laugh with I will be here. If you need someone to cry with I will be here. If you fall I wont judge you or condemn you. That young gay man is saved and has allot of kids.

I know more stories. We should the 1st and last stop for the hurting. I treat people ONLY how Christ has always treated me. To put my self out there.. the last time something wonderful happen.. He was off to the left.. on a hill. Them came right at me. Huge smile. All I could do was think of all my sin. Could not help but say sorry over and over.. what got me was.. (sorry crying) you look at Him and.. WHY is He not seeing all this sin.. it was as if He was blind to it. He truly didn't condemn me or judge me. Sin is not ok.. but we don't know how much He loves us. NO sin enters heaven.

But there is something about a man and a woman coming together that means so much to Him. Not a greater sin (gay) but life only comes from a man and woman. The world needs a way out.. we need to be the light.. Christ never turns anyone away.. no matter how many times they fall.

I believe a person can go to heaven if they are doing everything in their power to turn away from the sin they are living in. But if they begin to make excuses for the sin in attempt to rationalize it or continue in the sin without any intention of overcoming it, then God may not be so lenient Screenshot_20191229-054607.png .

Bible says to hate the sin, but love the sinner.
Thats a very common misconception in some circles. The fact is, that is a direct quote from Ghandhi, a Hindu. The Bible nowhere says anything of the sort. What does it say?

“16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.”

Proverbs 6:16-19. Notice there that God makes no distinction between the sin and the sinner.

This is about as direct a way that I’ve seen anyone who claims the name of Christ address this issue. It’s worth a listen.

Ro 3:23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Ro 5:8 But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Jn 8:11 She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on sin no more.”]]

Yes; none of this provides blanket judgement that we should hate the sin and love the sinner.

Maybe he was a good Hindu?

We are all born subject to our sin nature. Science can dig around and try and figure out where sin comes from and how a human becomes debauched, but they will not ever figure it out. It is a spiritual matter, and beyond the sight of man.
The fact is we all struggle with our own brand of sin be it pride, or lust, or anger, etc... Being a homosexual is no different than any other perversion or addiction there to. The be all end all is that regardless of what age that we are overcome by our base desires, sin is sin, and each has his own battle. If a man refuses to take up his cross, he will excuse his sin in what every way that he can. So even if born with a bent toward homosexuality it is not an excuse, no more than it is an excuse for any of us to indulge our sin nature. If it were then drinking and whoring and fighting and killing, is just how we are and it is also just as excusable.
I find it ironic that the homosexual community will universally say that that thieving, and killing is wrong and evil although it is found through out the animal kingdom, yet point to the animals in nature to excuse their behavior. They will also condemn the alcoholic, and drug addict yet there is equal evidence of genetic predisposition.
My question on the matter is, why aren't Christians wise enough to see this and call it?

Excellent response. If they wanted to know the origin of sin they should go back to Genesis and Eve. Homosexuality is not different than any predisposition to sin. The devil knows our weaknesses and he tempts us. No different than the way he worked Eve in the Garden of Eden. Her weakness caused her to listen to the Devil and introduce sin to the world.

All they are really saying is that they are predisposed to homosexuality. Some are predisposed to pornography, lust.......etc. But if you say it is a gene that makes Salvation unnecessary. It makes the power of Christ to overcome sin meaningless. Currently the homosexual agenda isn't happy with their homosexual relationships. They want to disprove the power of Christ to heal.

I would never want to attend a church that didn't make me uncomfortable about sin. We are all sinners that need those sermons that describe sin and tell us about the love of the Lord Jesus to overcome.

Hi Vashweb2
As the report indicates it is a very complex picture. Scientists and psychologists still have no conclusive answer.
From my own experience, being gay is not a choice. Certainly not one I ever remember making. It has always been there. It is just something one becomes aware of as one grows up. So I think this is what gay people mean when they say they were born that way. Sexuality is just not a choice in the way that going out to buy a new pair of shoes is.
Hi, I am glad that you are posting. I hope that you don't take my comments negatively. I have a brother who is "gay". I love him unconditionally. Jesus loves you unconditionally too. I am sure that there have been many mistakes in the church concerning homosexuality but what isn't a mistake is speaking the truth contained in the Word of God. He gives us all hope to overcome sin. Sorry to say that is all it is, sin. Sins seem huge and its understandable you would say it isn't a choice. The Devil is the deceiver. He makes us think that we cannot overcome sin. The LGBT community serves only to deny that through Christ Jesus you can be free. If you want to be. Believe me when I tell you that we all sin, and we all fall short of the Glory of God. That is why we are like filthy rags.

Sin has consequences. Every single sin in the Bible is written because God loves us and wants us to know that we can be free from that bondage. We become slaves to Christ rather than slaves to sin. People say that it isn't a choice because it isn't fun, good or a desireable life. It is filled with consequences. But Jesus Christ can and will set you free the same way he sets all sinners free.

God Bless.

Homosexuality is not different than any predisposition to sin.
in addition to breaking God’s law, it shakes a fist at God’s created orider. It’s a twofer. That’s why it provoked such a strong reaction from God at Sodom and Gomorrah. Additionally, besides abortion, it’s the only sin I can think of that has a loud, well funded, lobby backing it.

United Methodist Church Announces Plan to Split over Same-Sex Marriage, LGBT Ordination
The United Methodist Church announced on Friday that they are planning to split the denomination.
According to The Washington Post, UMC church leaders shared in a nine-page announcement that an agreement had been reached allowing for the creation of a new denomination for traditional-minded churches within the UMC.
If the plan is approved in May at the UMC’s annual General Conference, the new denomination will be called “Traditionalist Methodist” and will be made up of all of the churches opposing same-sex marriage and LGBT ordination. The plan would also give the new denomination $25 million in UMC funds and allow the churches that are breaking off to keep their local church properties, United Methodist News reports. The plan also designates $39 million toward ensuring that “there is no disruption in supporting ministries for communities historically marginalized by racism.”

I have that old 60's classic song lyric running through my head as I read this. "....and the times they are a changin...." Boy are they. And not for the better.
Are we surprised that there are agendaists out there that want NMBLA types to have equal rights to marriage? (NMBLA=National Man Boy Love Association, who at one time was given "tax exempt status" in the U.S), and in some states minors are able to marry with parental consent. This happened when the former Green Mile movie actor Doug Hutchison wed, with her parents permission, a 16 year old girl whom he'd met when she was but 12). His career tanked shortly after he said in an interview with the couple that Hollywood accepts anything, when he was asked how his Hwood peers would receive this news of his marrying a very young teenager), or that there are folks working to push for legalization of Polygamy?
As I recall not that many years ago someone made news having "married" an animal. Yep, that'll be next. Objectophiles , people who fall in love with inanimate objects, will want the right to marry. And their "spouse" to have equal rights in its own condition to that of a human spouse that would be covered by insurance. Only it'll be a lifetime warranty on mechanics for that Objectophiles spouse. I swear if I knew someone that weird I'd have to ask, so are you planning to have children? (*innocent blink*)
