Well, a little extra ceremony wouldn't be so bad... 
With all this talk of kings and chivalry, I would think you would be happier if we rejoined the Commonwealth of Nations. Cruz would probably not be a good choice if that was seriously your goal though.
The Bushes and the House of Windsor are distantly related. Jeb's election would be a longer stride in achieving that end. You can tell because he takes the same "winner-take-all" approach to politics that David Cameron does. ((((sarcasm))))

Well I guess this topic is about to really get underway. The first official opinion poll, the Iowa Caucuses starts in a few hours. Note for those not as big into politics, the Iowa Caucuses don't actually count towards gaining delegates needed to win the convention, but it's something of a US political tradition. I like to think of it as the first real opinion poll. Though no one gets any delegates it's somewhat of a landmarker to mark the formal start of the primaries. Also with a highly competitive race like this years with so many contenders it will serve as another moment where we might shed some of the lower polling candidates and will of course give a momentum boost to the top contenders going into the actual first primary in New Hampshire on the 9th.
I'm real excited for this, been an epic race and we are finally getting down to the crunch. It's been awesome analyzing politics with ya'll despite our disagreements. This has been one of my favorite political seasons yet and this topic and all ya'll been regular on here are a big part of that. Cheers CC politicos no matter your picks or politics

Lol I get the media wars and all that. It's all part of the show I find it kind of funny. Personally I liked both the debate and the Trump rally. Especially with Rand Paul returning for the mainstream debate after boycotting last time. Besides the political lolz though its whatever, we're about to find out real soon in the first official opinion poll of our long watched GOP primary many of our key questions; how well Trump is really doing, who the other chief contenders are, and who will drop out next? Then a week later the race to accrue delegates actually begins in New Hampshire lol.
I guess we'll put up Trump's counter-debate rally too. I liked it, one of Trump's best speeches/rallies so far. I liked how he brought in some guests and especially Huckabee and Santorum, even his own competitors, giving them a lil limelight whom have kinda been snubbed longtime in the mainstream debates. Shows to me he is authentic at least insofar as willing and capable after the primary dust settles to help cobble together the GOP between the establishment and the insurgents assuming he wins.

Oh snap its getting exciting! The first official opinion poll is out and Ted Cruz eked out a surprise win. Trump came in a narrow second which actually isn't too bad, but for the Trump ego, we shall see how he handles that. In my opinion, the big surprise of the night was the Rubio surge, he now shows himself as the big wild card. All three finished within a competitive margin of each other so I expect the race to get really interesting now. I think this is going to be a very competitive primary this year and the fun is only just starting.

Lol I feel some deja vu but I think we been over this before. Lol it's not Sun Tzu it's Romance of the Three Kingdoms. At least for the GOP primary anyways. Got the Establishment Old Guard faction of Kasich, Bush, and Christie. The Establishment New Guard of Cruz and Rubio now that Rand Paul their amigo has exitted to prepare the greater battle to come and maintain his position in the Senate. Then the Anti-Establishment Trump, Carson, and Fiorina.
Great debate tonight all around just so epic don't know where to begin really besides just to post it lol. It's not in this video as much being cut down straight to the debate, but I liked how ABC cast it as the nerd superbowl for superbowl weekend lol, very American thematic and you can still kinda notice it still lol.

I think its fair to say even beyond my bias that my servant Kasich had his best debate performance for sure whether that will help him or not to be seen. I did like Trump's answers actually, but obviously that crowd wasn't liking it. Lol I did like his Trumping of Cruz at the very end there. The Rubio/Christie joust was the best spectacle but they both laid waste eachother in my opinion. Despite Carson being my least favored I actually liked him this debate too, maybe his strongest individual performance yet too. I think he makes a good case that even if he will not clench the win he should continue on for a few more contests because people want him to. Would still like him drop out eventually, maybe leave SDA and run for like a lesser office to accrue experience for a future run.
I think its fair give this one debate to my servant Kasich. Really hope he has a strong showing in New Hampshire just for the true amount of effort he has put into it. This might turn into a real epic race, in many ways all ready is lol.

Rubio looked a bit like a cyborg. I do not think him and his team were expecting Christie to take dead aim at him.
Christie has leveled the attacks before albeit not with the same ferocity. I think it would have been best for Rubio to talk up the legislative branch. How the bills they work on are constantly weighed by their impact on the life of the every day American and reflect the desires of the every day American. How America's problem lately has been executive power and a runaway executive branch that Christie loves so much.
That would require yet another higher level of recanting though.
