Not too much longer:
You know, this is for the most part not what it seems (no pun intended). It looks like moral decline, but that's not really what it is. These people are just insane. They're not really accountable. The problem is that the powers that be are trying to force us all to agree with insane points of view. And all the pressure in the world is being put on everyone to agree with what is clearly the opinions of an unbalanced mind. That's the real danger because it's working. It's working, and it is a preparation for the antichrist. There will come a time where people will accept insanity, and they will defend insanity. In fact, that time is already here.

Proverbs 22:3 A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.

The danger is very evident. Only a blind man can not see it. So are you going to hide from it or just continue your path?
What are you doing today, and I emphasize today, to hide yourself?

Was Jesus prudent? He foresaw the cross but didn't hide himself from it. This is because He also foresaw where we are today and realized the only way we could overcome is by the blood of the lamb. Perhaps the real danger is thinking we can be saved by the Lord without sacrifice.

Many Christians today recognize the evil around them, show their dislike for it, and yet do not take the opportunity to escape it.
Jesus saw what lay ahead for Him, and while He could escape it, He choose to go the the cross so that we may have forgiveness of sin and eternal life.
Noah was warned by God of what was coming. God gave him instruction how he could escape.
Noah, his family, and the human race was saved because Noah followed God's instructions, built the ark and stocked it with food all the while preaching and warning all who would listen.
I am preparing and warning.
In the end it is in God's hands. Zephaniah 2:3

Yes. We are living in a time of total insanity as developed by all those who are at the top, and promoted by the mainstream media. But God has given His children a sound mind, therefore no Christian need to succumb to the insanity.

Oh, Decade of Decisions, oh Decade of Decisions decreed from the Most High! Four Generations of Shame. Four Sore Judgements of God. Three Chances to Repent. The First Judgement, the Pestilence and the Plagues has come, and they did not repent but hardened their hearts.

Behold the Second Judgement has begun; the famines and economic woes, the supply shortages, the crushing poverty, the death of businesses; all their vaunted materialistic wealth that they put much pride in, yes so much pride, shall be torn out of their hands.

When the First Judgement came, they refused to acknowledge twofold that the ways of their generations and their doings are evil, and they refused to also acknowledge the judgement of the Lord God against them was just and true. Oh, acknowledge the Lord's judgements against you and against these generations I beseech all. Yes, acknowledge the might and the power of the Lord God Most High whom gives and also takes away. Is he not a powerful Living God who can take away, but also can restore to those who acknowledge the errors of their ways and also the great power of his Hand?

But if they will not repent when they see the Second Judgement as it passes upon them these next few years, and if they harden their hearts there will be the Third Sore Judgement of God. Natural disasters the likes of which they have never seen, beasts to devour them, signs from the birds of the air, the weak and beggarly elements shall be strengthened against them. Yet even here they will have a chance in the great mercies of the Lord Jesus to repent as generations, yes, they will have this last window to repent as generations and acknowledge their evil and acknowledge the judgements of God that they are just and true, and the Lord God is quick to forgive, and his powerful hand can restore all.

But if at the Third Judgement if it must come to pass, they do not repent still but harden their hearts every man against his brother and against the great power of the Lord my God, then tremble and fear. Oh, tremble and fear for the Fourth Sore Judgement if it must come to pass. The Sword of the Lord! None shall escape and it will be very final. Oh, the Sword, the Sword of the Lord how it glistens, and the Hand of God shakes it against a wicked generation. It will drink much blood and devour much flesh. They will be consumed by the edge the Sword. Their enemies from outside their nation shall come and slay them and have power over them and over their children. Clap against them and double the power of the Sword, for if it is drawn from the scabbard, it will not go back until it cuts them all down and this will be the end of their nation. A Sword Cometh!

So, the Bible says there will be years of rumors of a civil war in Mystery Babylon/America before it actually happens. There have been rumors to this effect since at least 2019 so I guess the beginning of the end could be any day.

The Bible is not clear, once the civil war begins, how long it will last before a coalition of foreign powers sees the opportunity to destroy America with a massive nuclear first strike.

So we could be months away or still years away, I suppose.

Jer 51:44 And I will punish Bel in Babylon, and I will bring forth out of his mouth that which he hath swallowed up: and the nations shall not flow together any more unto him: yea, the wall of Babylon shall fall.
Jer 51:45 My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.
Jer 51:46 And lest your heart faint, and ye fear for the rumour that shall be heard in the land; a rumour shall both come one year, and after that in another year shall come a rumour, and violence in the land, ruler against ruler.
Jer 51:47 Therefore, behold, the days come, that I will do judgment upon the graven images of Babylon: and her whole land shall be confounded, and all her slain shall fall in the midst of her.

It is the Fourth Sore Judgement of God against a wicked society. It is the final Judgement of God against a civilization. While a society may acknowledge their wickedness and acknowledge the justice of God cursing them because of their doings, and repent, and therefore survive during the first Three Sore Judgements of God, there is no such chance if the Fourth Sore Judgement appears: the Sword. It is the Sword of God, and he will strengthen the sword of the mighty and terrible foreign adversaries against that nation so that they may kill the inhabitants of the land and their women and children, and what remains shall go into slavery. Yes, even the Lord God has done this to such a people before, it is right to acknowledge his might and his power in judgements for he is the Lord God who kills and also makes alive.

The Sword, the Sword, oh, the glittering Sword of God how terrible it is when drawn from its scabbard it will not rest nor return to its scabbard until it has drunk their blood and devoured their flesh to consume the shameful generations off of the land. The Sword, the Sword, oh, the glittering Sword of God which the prophets testify of and are hated by many for it. The Hand of God shakes the Sword in anger at a generation worth to be put to the edge of the Sword. Will they not fear? Will they not tremble? Declare to the Four Generations of Shame and see if while they have the chance still to acknowledge the wickedness of their generations of shame and acknowledge the justice of God in pouring out the Judgements upon them to see if they will repent. Declare to them, A Sword Cometh.

So violence in the land is the civil war and the ruler against ruler is nations against Babylon? It really does seem like we are at the verge of something within.

The Sword of God indeed strengthened the hands of Babylon. Yes, when the Pestilence, Famine, and Natural Disasters afflicted Judah they were warned that A Sword Cometh, and they were told to acknowledge their great wickedness and to acknowledge that the Lord God had sent these Judgements upon them, but they stopped their ears and would not listen, and they shut their eyes and would not see, and they sorely persecuted those who God sent to speak to them. Since they would not listen to Jeremiah who told them due to the priests and prophets that told them smooth things instead, so the King of Babylon did come up to Jerusalem and he did put Jerusalem to the Sword and burnt her with fire. The King of Babylon he did take up Zedekiah and in front of his face he put his sons all to the Sword and then he gouged out Zedekiah's eyes and put him in chains and led him away captive where he died at the end of his days. Then was the Sword of God turned against Babylon and they were destroyed also by the Sword.

Take heed though of Daniel, of Ezra, of Nehemiah, who remembered their God and acknowledged the wickedness of their fathers' generations and acknowledged that all that which the Lord God had told them came to pass and that the Lord's Judgements were correct and right, and when this was done were they sent by the Word of God to the King of Persia back to the land to rebuild Jerusalem and the Temple and to live.

God is severe and God is merciful. He is a powerful God, he is not a passive God, he is not a weak God, but he is a God that is strong in judgement and he is also very merciful to those that turn their face to him. He is God the Most High, he is the Father, he is Jesus, he is the Holy Spirit. He is God and the songs of praises to both his strength and his mercy will never end.

The "ruler against ruler" actually applies to the "violence in the land" (civil war) in the context of this passage, I believe. It's actually elsewhere that God says He will raise up against Babylon a coalition of eastern powers:

Jer_50:9 For, lo, I will raise and cause to come up against Babylon an assembly of great nations from the north country: and they shall set themselves in array against her; from thence she shall be taken: their arrows shall be as of a mighty expert man; none shall return in vain.

There are many passages that talk about this coalition of nations. Notice their weapon is "arrows" that "do not miss" (none shall return in vain) and, in many other passages, fire. Arrows + fire -> nuclear weapons.
