I do believe it will lead into a WW3 and all others will get involved which is why that many will die, yet the 200 million man army that starts it arises from the middle east. Yes I do believe Islam will be the major issue eventually, but right now with ISIS it is not so much as like I said previously that they are a small percentage of the Muslim population and Islam is against ISIS right now. I believe that this could easily be the stepping stone for other Muslim nations following Iran, yet the bible does not say the antichrist/man of sin arises out of Iran.
The bible in Daniel 9 gives us the place in which the antichrist/man of sin will come from.
It calls the man of sin the prince of this world, and says the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the temple. Who did this in 70 AD? It was the Romans, so this means the man of sin has to arise out of a Roman empire nation.
This is where I believe Turkey comes into play because the majority of its population is Muslim and it was part of the original Roman empire. So it has ties to both the Roman and Muslim nations, hince iron mixed with clay. Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.

The word bound here like I previously showed is the Greek word deo, which means to be bound in chains.
Also notice that the order was given to the sixth angel with the trumpet to go and release them, so we can see that they were kept from carrying out this killing until God told one of His angels to release them from their binding.
