Actually Donkeyfish, tho the "rules for registry" will vary around the country... the very same questions you suggest can't be known... ARE INDEED ASKED in several jurisdictions. I do not know what the exact "rules" are in Davis's county... so I am not necessarily saying "IN HER COUNTY", but the questions are asked in some.
