Real Clear Politics has head to head polls showing Rubio to be the strongest candidate against Hillary. Rubio is a strong candidate. Hillary fears him the most.
I read where there are over 3 million newly registered Hispanic voters in Texas since Obama took office. Democrats will likely receive 75%+ of their votes. That is the demographics of next years election. Not just in Texas, but in over a dozen states that Republicans would have to win. Maybe, they should concentrate on not losing majorities in Congress.
The problem the Republican party will have if it nominates Rubio, would be that Trump won't accept being snubbed and will run as an independent and take voted from Rubio. I don't think anyone is showing polling results for a three-way election. We can all guess the results.
