I am sure if you try you could be even more cantankerous...
Do not know that word, not searching it up if you want me to do that. It sounds like a dumb word, so not incorporating it into my lingo. My structure is a verbal flow, contankawhateva does not fit in.

Heard about this on Christian radio today. This link has info (under "students" and "parents" tabs ) about what can and can not be done as well as student rights information and how to (call/click links) contact Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) if students are told they can not promote/support this or told to stop.
There is also a tab with info for churches to support/promote/encourage students.

(I'm going to attempt to share this in FAMILY FORUM also, for further discussions with parents.)

Please be in prayer for our youths who will be participating in this event.
That's been an event for years, since 2014.

I do not know this word  I could guess based on the situation and rest of the sentence
OR
I can pull the dictionary off the shelf and look it up
(actually, right now I'm not in the room with my dictionary, so google will have to work)

cur·mudg·eon
noun

1.a bad-tempered person, especially an old one.

Now see, that wasn't so hard.

oh, and further research shows me that the female form of the word is HAG

Children should always have a Bible with them. My grandchildren have a Bible app on their phones and tablets. They have access to it any time they need it. In school or out.

The laws are very clear in this country

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...e-theory-crt-son-law-sells-crt-books-schools/

If you complain about CRT books sold by the Attorney General Merrick Garland then you are a domestic terrorist and the DOJ will prosecute you. Some complain that this is a conflict of interest since Merrick Garland profits from the sale of those books. There is no conflict of interest, Merrick Garland is interested in making money and if you get in the way he'll arrest you.

On the other hand if you were to use the Bible in a class and go so far as to actually quote it or put up a poster with a Bible verse or wear a T shirt with a Bible verse then you are very likely to be fired (teacher) or suspended (student). Saying that Jesus loves you is very provocative reminding them of the coming judgement.

The law seems pretty clear to me: Man's law and God's law are just not compatible.

Whining about this is wimpy, just pull your kid and homeschool.
