Guys, I'm so confused right now. Who were we supposed to vote for: the murderer or the bigot? Was there really a "right" decision that America could have made on November 8th? And why is one half of America condemning the other half for making the "wrong" decision? What have we done wrong? Maybe, as Christians, we should've abstained from voting? At least that would've kept out hands clean of all this. I guess I just need someone to justify the outcome of this election to me, because all I see are riots, hate crimes and angry people everywhere, and somehow that doesn't it right with me.

I voted for the one who could humble himself enough to actually say the specific words, "I apologize." Only one candidate was able to do that.

I know how you feel. I respected everyone who abstained from voting. However, those of us who did vote... probably have different justifications.

For me... I voted for Trump because of policies and in part morality. The policies part is easy to explain... I'm conservative. Trump advocated for conservative polices... Hillary didn't. Next for morality... I figured that they are both corrupt. Hillary is corrupt in government and Trump is corrupt in the "public/social" arena. Considering we're voting for a President (govenment position)... Hillary's corruption is worse. So, Trump wins in morality... BUT..

Trump has acted and said disgraceful and evil things. We as Christians should never be okay with that. Only someone accepting sin is okay with that. That is still a problem if Trump keeps running his mouth. I still think he isn't good enough, but this is what we'll have to work with.

This is how I see it. How many of us have said disgraceful and evil things? If you can say you haven't then by all means have at Trump. I can say I have never murdered anyone or had anyone murdered. And you didn't put Trump in office, God did. So I guess maybe we should all give ourselves a break and quit worrying about it so much. God has His reasons for having Trump in office and maybe this will be our countries wake up call. All we can do now is pray and trust God knows what He is doing

And if you look closely enough  you will see that the riots, hate crimes, and angry people are ALL from the "liberal" side of politics.....

You know.. the ones that a week ago were saying "Love trumps hate".....

Their rhetoric does not match up with their reality. The biggest wake-up call for them should realizing that if they thought Hillary was going to win, then they were obviously duped by the hucksters of the liberal media machine. But their heads are too far up their right wing rags to realize their own faults, let alone take personal responsibility for them.

I can understand calling Hillary a murderer, and I do not even reference the abortion issue, as even aside from that, she simply very plainly does have a lot of blood on her hands. However, I am curious to know why president elect Donald Trump is called a bigot. Is it because he wishes to keep immigration limited to legal entrants only, and people who are not potential sworn enemies of the state, denying entry to those who come hoping to play a role in the destruction of our way of life as Islamic terrorists do, because of the explicit instructions written to them in their so-called "holy" books, promising paradise to any Muslim who murders infidels for the cause of the spread of Islam (their stated aim is world domination)? Is a bigot someone who wishes to protect the citizens of his country from that country's enemies?

The right person to elect?...I have never voted and probably never will. Most politicians are liars and wear masks. Its how the game has been played for a long time. Neither Hillary nor Donald were good choices. Both are flawed. Donald made promises that sit well. The truth is however ; most promises made by politicians never get done. The direction of the U.S. has been downhill for a very long time and it seems to be how most in govt want it to continue. Trump is president because God allowed it. God knows for what reason this is. I will have a cautious optimism about Trump. Most of his promises would be great if done, but the Word tells us to trust in God only. I also know it is wise to see the signs of the time. Best to keep in prayer and continue sharing the gospel always.

Speaking of the right person to elect, this is what Abraham Lincoln said, his First Inaugural address, 1861:

"The chief Magistrate derives all his Authority from the People"

ROFL Brother Utah, you're a trip. smh
Our OP is only 17 so I want to be kind and respectful, but I also want him to see the obvious in an attempt to help remove the veil over his eyes caused by the liberalism he's poisoned with in school.

Neither can save America, only massive amounts of prayer can save America! Trump may be used by God but we should pray 1st because people can change when they get power....it's not a given that he will do what he says....we should pray that God may use a imperfect tool like Trump to stem the tide of unrighteousness in America by limiting corruption and not furthering gay rights anymore than it has gotten.....

Were you not the cute little bunny rabbit who started a long thread opposing Trump on every level, including his breathing oxygen?

@ 1:47:00 "... my name would be mud, my FBI career would be over, and I might even be in danger if the stories coming from Little Rock (Arkansas) about how so many enemies of the Clintons ended up having fatal accidents." Gary ALdrich, special agent to the FBI assigned to the White House.

In their scramble to secure and maintain power, Bill Clinton and Al Gore have left a legacy of corruption, making unscrupulous bargains for campaign cash, selling out our national security, losing our nation's technical edge, catering to red Chinese agents, arms' smugglers and gangsters, and enabling the People's Republic of China intelligence to penetrate our political and defense establishments. The damage they have done is deep, but there is perhaps a treatment for this cancer that has befallen this nation. Wall Street contributing editor Mark Halperin described president Clinton as, quote, The most corrupt, fraudulent, and dishonest president we have ever known, unquote. His remedy, one word will do justice: one word, impeach.
* * *
He was impeached, while his wife defended him and then later ran for the highest
office in the land, and many actually though she was a good choice! Unbelievable!
