God the Father does not change. What he views as an abomination back in the Old Testament applies to this day and Age as well. The other fact of the matter is, who invented marriage? God of course. He married Adam and Eve. So the institution of Marriage belongs to God. He set up the ideal Family Unit in marriage. Gay marriage is a perversion of this institution. It is an affront to God and an insult meant for him. Do not be fooled, ask yourself why would a gay who denies God's authority and law over their life want to have an institution invented by God set over them? The answer is they don't. They just want to bring this institution down and pervert it in front of the Living God and to insult him because they believe they will never have to answer to him some day.

Voting against same-sex marriage would be taking someone's rights away based on religious principles which would be theocracy, so now I'm not going to do that because theocracy is tyranny

So you have no issue voting against the Bible... Do you also vote for abortion?

Or they just want to live their lives like everyone else

In the USA, Should gays have the right to marry or have a legal union? Should people be able to refuse services to someone who is gay or suspect to be? Hotel room or service?
No because National laws do not supercede God's law. Remember that in Revelations that it states that God will judge the Nations. What do you think this implies? To me it says that God is going to Judge the Nations on how they treated Israel and on how they upheld his laws.

No I don't vote for abortion because that's actually taking a life which is a completely different issue.
Voting against same-sex marriage is taking someone else's rights away. What part of that do you not understand? Theocracy is tyranny

I don't see where being anti same sex marriage makes a country a theocracy. Neither does supporting any other Christian value.

How great would America be if the entire country turned to God for guidance!

Taking someone's rights away based on religious principles is the definition of theocracy.
Not everyone is going to follow biblical principles and I'm not going to vote to force them to do so
America is about freedom

Maybe pray to God to open your own eyes, that might help.
Right because this type of mentality only makes Christians look like tyrants and is not helping the cause

The GUIDANCE has already been GIVEN!!!

So, based on your statement above, RADICAL MUSLIMS have the RIGHT TO KILL anyone who does NOT convert to Islam?

no no

the only real Tyrant is God, right?

I mean He's the one with the commandments and all and then He actually has the
chutzpah to say He doesn't want them with Him in heaven

America is about liberty not unfettered freedom. You are not going to be comfortable in the kingdom of God because it is a theocracy.
