If Brown beat the cop so severely that he broke his eye socket, why did the cop leave the scene after killing Brown? While dispatch heard of the shooting on the news, because the cop didn't radio it in.
My guess would be that he left to get medical help for himself. If that was a black poor neighborhood, would you have stayed there after killing black man? He may very well have been beat to death if he had stayed.

To me the water is ever getting more muddy. Apparently now the little guy supposedly robbed and definitely pushed by Brown, doesn't want it said that he called 911 or that there was a robbery by Brown. Who knows? Could it be that the little guy doesn't want his store burned to the ground & have himself killed? Apparently now he has hired a lawyer. The story has been put out that no employee of that store made the 911 call. Of course if the shrimp heard someone else call 911, he may not have thought he should make another call.

We really are going to have to wait for this one. But if the cop was beaten severely and did have a fractured eye orbit, I can't see convicting him of anything.

Meanwhile, I think we all need to ask ourselves if we are taking a POV on this one based on whose pigment our skin matches.

Sure. David was the one that did that, however. HE introduced that correlation. I NEVER did.

I simply correlated the behavior of ADULT rioters, looters, and assailants of innocent people on the left criminally acting out in Ferguson with retardation. I was doing them a favor, of course, because the alternative is actually worse.

I think it is very inappropriate to call a child with a low IQ "retarded," or to speak of him as a child "with retardation." That is demeaning.

As to leftard, I never heard it before here -- it called to my mind leotard.

I wonder, if NBC News had not paid Rev Al and Jesse to go down and stir up the crowds, where we would be today? I suspect that the Grand Jury would be hearing the evidence, and the truth would come out. Instead they are meeting under threat to their lives if they don't return a biased indictment. Is that the way that the American Justice should work. I pray that they have the courage to make a decision based on evidence and not fear.

What is not in this story is that the cop is BLACK and the TEEN is WHITE. Please note the lack of rioting and looting.

Update: Relatives say man shot, killed by police was not armed | fox13now.com
Ya don't get it.

When a black person commits a crime its because of the oppression he is under.

When a white person commits a crime its an extension of his master status, just using his power he has over the oppressed black man and acting out as the evil creation God made him when He gave him white skin.

Its very simple

I've been following this story, and there are some news sources that are trying to aggravate the situation. Jane Velez Mitchell is campaigning for all police officers to have cams in their badges to record and keep accounts of all their encounters (I don't agree with that idea). I only have two basic things to say on this issue:

1. The focus in Ferguson, MO needs to be on the shooting and what happened. Racism needs to take third place (not even second), because if it is put first, all kinds of problems can come out of that.

2. The issue of racism needs to be broached in America. People have dodged and ducked it for a very long time. It needs to be talked about and does not need to be debated in the heat or event of some type of crime or racially-charged issue.

They should separate the shooting from racism so that each one can be addressed separately which would yield much better results, especially where racism is concerned, rather than lumping them together.
I agree with that, and in most places here in Missouri all ready are starting to put cams in their vehicles.

Police officers should be held accountable for their actions, just like everybody else. Wearing a badge does not give them the right to be judge and executioner when ever they feel like it.

There are good cops out there, but there is a lot of dirty cops to and if they are constantly being watched it would eliminate the dirty actions of them.

People scream all the time that they want criminals under constant watch, well dirty cops are criminals.

There's a lot criminals acting out. Criminals should be held accountable for their actions, just like everybody else.

Being born black does not give them the right to commit strong arm robberies, disobey lawful orders from police officers to stop breaking the law, and assault police officers regardless of their feelings.

Thankfully, there are good citizens. But, there are a lot of dirty ones too that need to be held accountable so that society can be safe enough to live and raise a moral family in.

The left screams all the time when criminals held accountable for their actions, as occurred in this situation, but when the criminals are victimizing them or their family member's lives they are the first ones to start screaming why aren't the police doing something.

There are safeguards designed by the Justice Dept. to protect the Civil Rights & constitutional rights of all citizens, especially minorities. The problem is minorities either don't know of these safeguards for their protection or just ignoring them. The Federal gov't and Justice Dept. can't intervene unless these complaints are lodged against the various police dept. I believe I explained the process in an earlier post how 6 bad police officers were fired in Denver because those citizens did lodge complainst against the Denver Police Dept., and the Justice Dept did intervened and forced the Denver Police Dept. to fire those 6 bad cops.

Instead, many Blacks would rather protest in the street and riot, which does very little to solve the problem. Two Black friends of mine were falsely accused by a liquor store of robbery and was forced out his car at gunpoint and threatened. I was there at the incident and tried to quell down the tension to no avail. They were later released with more threats at them. One of my friends was later taunted & harassed by the police while he was driving.

I told him to filed a police complaint at the police station and he did. Believe me when I say that police dept do not like these types of reports reaching the feds. A few days later a police captain came to his door and apologized for the incident, saying his officer were young and foolish. He reassured my friend that the incident would never happen again and the officers were transferred to the other side of town. He left his card if any trouble would surface. My two friends never had another problem with the cops in the area or saw those cops again.

For some unknown reasons Blacks & minorities will not file complaints against these bad police officers. It is really the best way to get them off the street.

Imagine if about half of Ferguson, MO had banded together and used the system to file a complaint with the Ferguson, MO police department; the mayor's office; the governor and state legislator; and the federal government with respect to police corruption in their city and held a press conference instead of becoming criminals themselves.

That's how you kick the legs out from underneath a police department in need of reform. A good example of how well that works is the LAPD. They came under strict federal oversight for an entire decade with CA state and local politicians riding them like a horse when the citizenry used the system against them in that manner. The department, roster, policy manual, etc... was structurally reformed from the top down and a civilian Los Angeles Police Commission empowered with the authority to be responsible for oversight of the implemented reforms.

Get your head around that. They put local civilians in charge overseeing the implemented reforms NOT the politicians and police department.

Rioting, looting, assaulting innocent people, etc... only empowers any department because us moral citizens will NEVER support immoral criminal behavior or the people that engage in it respite with rioting, looting, and the assault of innocents. We recognize that the department (whether or not it needs reform) is NECESSARY to containing such criminal behavior and the people who choose to engage in it. May THEY be held accountable for THEIR immoral behavior.

I don't disagree, people who are breaking the law should be held accountable as the looters are in this case.

However when the police force, has shot rubber bullets, tear gas, and pointed weapons at peaceful protestors and news cast members who identified themselves three times and were still fired on. Is wrong and misuse of power.

The protestors that are peaceful and news crews are well in their right to do what they are doing.

This is why outside units were called in, St. Louis county police and national guard. Because they have been misusing power.

Last night another Ferguson police officer was pulled aside by a St. Louis county officer, and then he was suspended from duty for pointing a riffle at a peaceful protestor and telling them to move back or he will kill them.

Simple wisdom. Now that the whole thing has been poisoned by the devil, the media as his agent, where are we going to find justice that is fair?

Yes, well urine and bottles were thrown at officers by protesters who hid in the media staging area. Some protesters also chanted “Time To Kill A Cop.”

Why didn't he call the shooting in? That's protocol. And an officer needs assistance call, shots fired, would garner a response in plenty of time and in numbers so that he would have been safe. But leaving the scene violates the regulations that govern his service.
He ran! That isn't a good sign of innocence.

That does happen, but not the one the police officer pointed the weapon at and ordered to move back or he would kill them.

It was a peaceful protestor, and the news crew I was talking about was off to the side away from the protesting.
The officers pointed their weapons at them, and the news crew yelled out who they were to identify themselves three times. The Ferguson police officers still fired tear gas at them.
This is not justifiable action of a police officer.

Plus there was another news crew that was just sitting in a McDonalds recharging their equipment, and Ferguson police officers came in and ordered them to leave. There was not threat in that area, and nobody was causing problems.
Another unjustifiable action.

St. Louis county officers, and the national guard were called in because of the misuse of power the Ferguson cops were doing.

I'm not arguing with you about that officer needing to be immediately relieved of duty and suspended indefinitely until both he and his actions can be carefully evaluated to determine how best to proceed with respect to his continued employment with the department.

What I'm explaining to you is that protestors were NOT peaceful since they were throwing urine and bottles at the officers while some chanted a death threat against them which creates the very environment for negative deviations to occur.

The protestors BEST defense against such instances IS their own behavior. The same for "Big" Mike.

That is a pretty flower photo you have.

As to Brown, there is no question of praying for him; he is departed this life. We know that our Lord is by nature just. So Brown will have justice, or something better.

Since we are all sinners, we hope not just for justice, but for grace!
May the officer have grace & be delivered from racist injustice, lynching.
