There has not been any response from the Biden team that would explain the criminal behavior involved in his handling of classified documents for the last six years. This is an embarrassment to the DOJ and FBI that they have not yet done a thorough and complete search.
Biden must be removed from office immediately so that he can be tried for these crimes. Impeachment merely opens the way to a fair trial. We cannot try a sitting president for crimes, he must be impeached first.
If the Democrats would prefer to avoid the impeachment process then use the 25th amendment.
Biden has the option of referring all questions concerning this to his lawyers, but because he is doing that is all the more reason to move this to a law court as soon as possible.

January 19 -- Documents first found Nov 2
1. As soon as they found the documents they turned them over.
Problem is they were found Nov 2 and continued to be found well into January. That hardly comes across as "cooperating fully" and "turning them over immediately".
2. The documents were "misfiled". Seriously? Anyone who has handled classified documents knows that is not a defense, that is an admission of guilt.
Biden has admitted to not handling classified documents carefully. He has admitted that he knew they needed to turn them over immediately and yet it has taken him more than 2 months. His defense is that he is a bumbling old man who misfiled State secrets. He has to go immediately, he is clearly, by his own admission, not up to being president of the US.
This also has the appearance of evil, not revealing this on Nov 2 and trying to cover it up until after the election was over. Especially when you consider that Mar A Lago seems to have been carried out as close to the election as is legal in order to also influence the election.
Finally we still don't know how many documents. Biden's statement said "a handful".

The document scandal with Biden is very different from the one with Trump.
This is true. No warrant, no raid, no subpoena with Biden. Also, we are talking about over 4 years in this investigation with Biden as the Hunter Biden laptop is the smoking gun. With Trump it is not clear that a crime was committed and the documents were kept under the supervision of the Secret Service and kept in a safe. With Biden none of that took place. Again, the two scandals are very different.
The only real similarity is how both were done in a way to influence the 2022 election.

The Scandal is metastasizing. The DOJ is clearly complicit in a coverup, and it is hard to believe this is not tied to the FBI with their investigation of the Hunter Biden Laptop they had for four years, and so this ties them into a coverup instead of investigating the crimes they were hiding them. This also goes to election fraud, and the entire Biden Crime family is unravelling. Even left leaning Main Stream Media is being embarrassed by this.

When it came out that he had classified documents stored at his residence, I legit thought it was planted there. Not by Republicans... they aren't that smart... but by Democrats not wanting Biden to run in 2024.
I can't offer any proof for this, just a thought though. I later hear other people thinking the same thing. Either way, there is a clear double-standard here... Why is he not getting the Trump treatment?

We have a picture on Hunter Biden's laptop that appears to show a box of classified documents.
