So is the greater good letting more people die from covid because the gop has there head up there rear? There are third and fourth parties btw. We may not agree with all they stand for but it's far better than a choice between senile old men. Btw I was actually rooting for Trump as Biden is worse case scenario. Unfortunately Trump is second worse case scenario and a better scenario would have been a different Republican or a third party. Unfortunately they were all to afraid to run because "Make America Great" again 🙄🤷‍♂️

You are not getting my point, the reason the USA is becoming increasingly secular is because the focus of the church has changed from simply sharing the Gospel to trying to maintain/impose its system of values and morals on society and that is not working.

No the reason it has grown secular is due to the rebellion against God, against Biblical values, against the Biblical worldview.

Let me ask you what is the Word of God? We commanded to speak the Word of God. And act on the Word of God.

Of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence only two were possibly not Christian , Franklin built a temple for a preacher who later said he led Franklin to Jesus and Jefferson wrote the ''Jefferson Bible'' which included all the moral sayings of Jesus .. George Washington's prayer journal included his own prayers and here's a sample ..

It's all talk. It won't happen. Too many truckers who don't agree with the idea and don't think it is time to freak out. Let the investigations run their course if there is fraud they will discover it, if not we move on, everyone gets another vote in 4 more years.

You do know that Jefferson's Bible was one where he cut out all the supernatural miracles because he did not believe in the divine inspiration of the bible and thought it was exaggerations but liked the moral sayings.

Yes, I mentioned he and Franklin could have been considered deists of the 56 .. Do you know his comments on Jesus moral teachings ?.. He also personally chose the ''New England Primer'' as the first public school text book ..

Jesus is the gospel and we are supposed to live it and spread it as well

in Canada, Pastors have already been muzzled and even jailed

you gonna be happy to see it in the US too? are you a secular Christian? part world, part believer?

Yes, God's Word which also includes the Old Testament. Did you know that the moral law expands through both the Old and New Testament? And how both the Old and New Testament each have teachings or examples that reach into every area of life?

The Bible speaks into all areas of life and every area has Biblical wisdom or guidance. We are called to be both the salt preservative and the light as guidance to such truth and wisdom.

I will always vote for Biblical values while a secularist will vote for their opinion of values. Either way as a conservative and originalist it was the Bible that by majority shaped this country and that foundation made America the beacon of liberty and freedom for all who would pursue it. In comparison to the world, it was a new experiment in government and religious freedom. Taking the good from governments of the past and learning from their mistakes.

So I have no regrets or shame to promote what blessed us and made us prosperous. If someone doesn't like it, then they have the right to believe otherwise while I have the right to ignore them.
