eh, yeah, erm.. but they are not. they are showing Clinton 'a little ahead.'

so i was wondering if you are consistent in your logic -- therefore Clinton is "
way ahead in actuality"
-- or if you're just as typically biased & making use of wishful thinking + cherry-picking?

hmm?
No.. some show Hillary ahead and they have been proven publically to have been doing a little thing called "cheating" ..so why would you quote a poll that is clearly designed for pro- Hillary propaganda?

The very fact that trump is so close even in those polls ..prove Trump is well ahead.

and lets be honest, 99% of those polls are from left leaning groups who of course will put crooked hillary in the lead.
Its been reported all week what these folks have been doing to make Hillarys numbers better ..including loading the polls down with Democrats ...now that they been caught, you might see them be more careful in how they cheat for Hillary.

That's a good name for most of these polls...# CheatforHillarypoll

anyone remember the last time there was a republican poll denial craze?

https://web.archive.org/web/20121106061419/http://www.unskewedpolls.com/

someone took it upon themselves to mathematically 'unskew' all of the polls and predicted romney winning...sometimes by a large margin...right up to election day...

as we all know...romney didn't win...and the polls turned out to be substantially accurate all along...

word is that the romney camp had bought into the 'unskewed polls' lie...with the encouragement of none other than campaign donor donald trump...and that it influenced campaign decisions in ways that were counter productive...

you don't have to trust every poll...but to throw nine out of ten polls out the window is the kind of poll denial that led the romney campaign to make bad decisions in 2012...and if it continues then the republicans will likewise pay for it this november...
I don't remember anything much about the Romney campaign ..nor do I care to ..

rasmussen is one of the more unreliable polls...it wasn't always that way...but starting around 2008 something apparently changed in their polling methods that seems to have resulted in a much greater actual margin of error than you would expect from a statistically sound methodology... one symptom of this is volatility...consecutive rasmussen polls can be all over the map...with no apparent real world reason for such wide swings...
haha.... you sound like Romney now .."don't trust the polls"

i dunno it doesn't seem to me that you are living in reality.

it's like a conspiratorial mindset: because now you're saying that facts that refute your position are just proof that the whole world is out to hide the truth. like you would say that the mountains of evidence that the world is a sphere just proves the world is flat and that there is an enormous conspiracy to keep it hidden, or that people disagreeing with you = persecution which proves you are right.

the fox poll shows Trump 6 points behind Clinton.
so fox is one of those liberal biased, cheating main-stream-media outlets?

well, realizing that fox is clearly biased main-stream media is a glimmer of hope. but it really looks like you're determined not to let silly things like facts get in the way of your narrative. which is pretty typically GOP of you.

i wish everyone who calls themselves a Christian would condemn political partisanship in themselves and recognize what is secular and what is of God.

history before Obama took office doesn't exist or is irrelevant or can't be brought to memory?
facts have no influence on our policies, positions, beliefs or narrative?

hmm why is this all so familiar . . .
. . . and why indeed, is a person like Clinton, so universally disliked and distrusted, actually winning an election?

The Romney campaign of weak kneed crony capitalism was not "before Obama" ? And Romney has much more in common with Clinton than Trump.

Scriptural Commentary on Behaviour'

1COR. 1:10.
Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing,
and that there be no divisions among you; but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind
and in the same judgment.

1COR. 3:3.
For you are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal,
and walk as men?

as it is written: As our father Abraham said to Lot, 'let there be no strife between us, for we are brethren.'

I watch the Sunday news shows. In one segment, they discussed the electoral votes needed to become president. At this point, Hillary has a lock on 255 electoral votes. Trump has 190. There are about ten states in play. Trump needs to win all ten. Hillary needs one.

I've mentioned that Hispanic voters have been registering to vote in record numbers. Also, 89% of them state they do not like or support Trump. They will likely decide the election.

Now, it is likely that if you polled Hispanic voters, and asked them about the future of the supreme court, the national debt and deficit spending, about foreign policy, about Benghazi, about Hillary's private server, almost all of them would tell you they have no opinion or that they don't know anything about those topics. They probably couldn't tell you how many supreme court justices there are or name one. They probably couldn't name their Senators or Congressmen. They couldn't find Iraq or Afghanistan of Syria on a map. But every one of them knows someone who came to the United States illegally and is now working hard to raise a family. These people will vote for Hillary. Almost all of them. You won't persuade any of them to vote for Trump by telling them Hillary has lied in the past or that she can't be trusted. It won't change their minds. They don't want secure borders or a wall. They don't want Trump to be president.

Those ten states that seem to be in play? Hillary will likely win most of them and will end up with over 300 electoral votes. Trump will not flip any red states to blue and will lose states Republicans have won in the past, like Florida. I do not like this. I wish it wasn't true. I can't imagine how awful Hillary will be as president. I'm sure we will all have plenty of time to comment about it after she takes office. Prepare yourselves. More importantly, because of the rapidly growing Hispanic population in the U.S., we will be seeing democrats winning majorities in Congress, and they will appoint liberal judges for decades to come. It's going to be truly awful for us. Trump probably got as close to defeating a democrat as any republican will get in the next 20 years.

Dude you are being deceived by propaganda ... These are the same people that swore up and down that Trump could never get the nomination ..he expanded the party and got more votes than anyone in history ..even as the whole Republican establishment attacked him. We only heard a few days ago the people will never vote Brexit ..all the experts said it could not happen ...a similar thing happened a few weeks before in Italy

The Gateway Pundit reports that of Reuters’ 1,201 respondents, 626 were Democrats and only 423 were Republicans.
In other words, 52 percent of Reuter’s respondents were Democrats and only 35 percent were Republican--a huge 33% advantage for Democrats!
According to AllenBWest.com, Reuters isn’t the only misleading presidential poll. A new ABC News/ Washington Post survey found voters preferred Hillary 51 percent to 39 percent. In that sample, 36 percent of respondents were Democrats and only 24 percent were Republicans.
The skewed polls are made less believable by the fact that Republican turnout in 2016 is likely to be higher than in previous years. As NPR noted in March, Republicans far outstripped Democrats in primary turnout, due in part to the insurgent nature of of the Donald Trump candidacy.

I've always wondered why Hispanics would flee one banana republic just to end up in another

Everyday on FOX and the other News Channels, they went on and on why Trump could NEVER get the nomination...they brought on expert after expert ..That's what they do. That's how Romeny and McCain got the nomination ..by the news telling us they was the only ones that had a chance. This is all part of the plan to make folks accept the idea that the establishment candidate are the ONLY people that can win... Its works every time for these people..except this time ..The folks are not buying the MSM propaganda and we are going to vote and fight if need be to take back our country.

i am saying not to trust -one- poll very much because it has a bad track record...

you are saying not to trust -nine- polls at all because they aren't telling you what you want to hear...

Romney was a wimp...apparently Trump knows being a wimp will lose you an election and he definitely ain't repeating that. I still think it's gonna end up being Trump v Sanders btw.

I don't know if the polls are right or wrong, but I can relay a personal experience from being called by a pollster during the 2012 election season.
I was called one evening in early october on my land line by someone working for a polling outfit and I didn't catch the name. It was a guy and he asked me if I was planning on voting. I said yes. He asked me my gender and race. I said white male. He asked me my age and I said I was 33 at the time. He was typing my answers. I could hear the keys of the computer. The he said "Huh, sorry sir we have no more questions, good bye." I guess he thought he had hung up but I didn't right away and the line stayed open. I could here this man say "I've never, I didn't sign up for this, this is bullsh*t." I then heard another man's voice I assume was a supervisor speak up and ask "what's wrong?" The first man stated "I entered this voter's demographic information in the computer and it told me to end the call." After a 10 Mississippi count, I heard the second guy say "Oh, people like him aren't expected to vote democrat this year." The first guy said "This ain't right." Then the line closed.
I don't know if all polls operate this way or not, but I find it suspicious. This was the only time I have ever been called by a pollster. I only regret not being able to record it as I'm sure I could have been on the Sean Hannity show everyday for a solid month and gotten a gig being a talking head.

The same people that trust these polls are the same people that believe islam is a religion of peace ...its all propaganda

and I think the idea is to make the polls so bad that the republicans will throw the nomination into some kind of doubt and further split the party

I do. Fox predicted a "landslide" win for Romney which was the most laughable thing I ever saw in my life.

There when the Nate Silver poll came out their numbers changed to a far smaller margin. In the end, the USA and the world won out with President Obama in the White House.

Fox was Romneys propaganda machine ...its how he got the nomination to begin with and how fox has always tried to sabotage any real conservative. ..Its all propaganda and as I have said Romney has far more in common with Clinton than he does Trump.
