I believe that God uses people who are inept and unready, unqualified and dirty. I believe that the campaign trail has completed Donald Trumps transformation from a womanizing pig to a patriotic statesman. I also believe that it is every Christians duty to get out and vote for him because God is giving us a chance with a leader who can and will lead us out of this mess.

So which is it? Is Trump's transformation "completed" as the OP states or is he in the process of transformation?

I could, but seeing as this thread is about "Trump's transformation" and not "Trump isn't Transformed" and you created this thread, I would think you'd jump at the opportunity to articulate how Trump's transformation is somehow both completed and ongoing. I'm open-minded and I'm willing and wanting to consider the points inasmuch as they are legitimate.

Apologizing for his bad choice of expression before 300 + million people. Never done that myself...sounds transformative.

Could you do that even if you wanted to?

When someone prefaces and tries to makes excuses prior to apologizing, it sort of defeats the purpose of apologizing. When someone apologizes and in the same breath says, "but Hillary..." that really means "forget everything I just said, now listen to what I'm about to say".

Maybe Trump was sincerely apologizing, I won't make a definitive claim either way, but I can understand why people think it wasn't sincere, especially considering his past sentiments about him not apologizing or asking for forgiveness (not even from God).

He has said he will represent Christians and that we have been abused by our govt. he wants to secure our border. He is a friend of the second amendment. Etc etc. What's not to like? Obama said he wanted to make us different and trump wants to protect our heritage. For me it's a no brainer.
