Similarly Paul wrote...for me to live is Christ...
I also like what John Piper wrote...God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him.

I wonder what he would say if he were alive today, after millions of children killed by abortion. The abortion holocaust shows that Atheism or Agnosticism in Government simply does not work.

For the Good of Everyone, sincere Atheists and Agnostics included, Nations should be founded on God's Commandments, which never change, and among which a very important one is "Thou shalt not kill". That's what Christian Nationalism/Christian Dominionism is mainly about. Otherwise, while we wait, how many millions more will die? God's commandments are not up for negotiation and our Judgment will be based on them.

Some atheists will get all paranoid about this, as if Christians want to take all their legitimate rights away, which is never going to happen. We only want to stop them and everyone else from killing, which is not a right but a wrong or a crime. There is no right to kill. There is a duty to protect life. And there is a duty to honor God, not only for individuals, but also for Nations. Not only in private, but also in public. Hence why Christian Nationalism is correct imo.

There are many more reasons too...both from a human and divine perspective.
I do agree we should promote the value of all life because everyone bears the image of God and is of eternal value. Thus to make little of people is to make little of God.
