Are you asking an inane question?
The flow of the conversation was about Pence.

In your post you said that the damage caused was incalculable. Pence was only VP and as such was not in a position of authority in which to cause the type of damage by your estimate. I just want to clarify who you were actually referring to.

In my own estimation, while Trump was an effective president and a strong commander-in-chief of the US armed forces, his narcissistic character and the way that he conducted himself was questionable and the way he has treated others is deplorable.

I hope that Trump will see the light and return to his business problems. I applaud VP Pence for his honesty and integrity in performing his job on January 6, 2021, and I will vote for him if FL Gov Desantis doesn't run in 2024.

Unless a lot of Democrats cross over and vote for him, Trump is toast.
I fully concur with your estimation about Pence. At the moment I am all in for Ron DeSantis for president. He has been a strong governor from my former state of residence, and he would be a great president.

Trump is an anchor that is dragging down the Republican party and must be cut loose.

It is time for a generational change in positions of authority.

I thought Pence had the power to reject the obviously fraudulent election? He could have stopped it, but didn't.

In some ways, his actions have had the effect of exposing the fraud in US politics, which most would have disregarded as a conspiracy theory had they not lived it. This said, his actions supported the fraud, so others believe he should be held to account for the obvious treason.

The Republican party is dragging the Republican party down and DeSantis won't be able top stop it. The fix is in and has been for several years.

Trump beat the fix once and DeSantis is rewriting the playbook on how to beat a rigged system. And I think he will be our next president.
Ultimately, however, it is in God's hands and those hands very often move as His people move to their knees.

Still, before the Titanic sinks you do want to rearrange the deck chairs just so everything is nice and tidy for those who come a 100 years later to the watery grave.

If this is the case then the United States will continue to be in serious spiritual, and economical decline.

His role as VP on January 6, 2021 was only ceremonial. The recent law passed in regard to official certification of the electoral votes merely clarified this, while at the same time raised the threshold of the required number of protesting votes for certain challenges of each of the state's board of electors. Pence had no power to overthrow the election so therefore was not culpable of fraud or treason.

It was not ceremonial! They had the right to raise objections with any state being certified, to debate that and then to send it back to the state if they decided they weren't willing to accept it. That is not "ceremonial".

Pence short circuited that. The entire point of the January 6th insurrection was to stop anyone from raising objections, debating it, or sending it back. They gave Pence a fig leaf to call for the entire process to be cut short and not debate anything. Anyone who was following what was really going on knew that those involved in the Stop the Steal rallies were praying for this process to be carried out. It was Antifa, Anarchists and the Deep State that wanted it cut short. Pence sided with the Deep State.

I prefer TWS sufferes.
If you mean True Wireless Stereo then yes, some Trumpsters do suffer by all these people walking around with earbuds on, glued to their phones.

However, if you mean Thermal Weapon System sufferers that is a little too insulting to Joe Biden, regardless what you think of the president we are supposed to pray for him and not mock him for his incontinence.

After Trump was elected I often said that Trump was either elected to postpone the inevitable or to hasten it. I now believe it was to hasten it.

I understand that perspective. But as long as I have life in me I'm going to pray. Hezekiah got 15 extra years didn't he?

Yeah, he did. Wonder why God decided on the 15 years of additional life verses 10 years or 20 years? He is my favorite king character in the OT. He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord.

Wow, I didn't even want to go there, but in the urban dictionary TWS stands for "This would Suck", that is just too insulting for me to comment on. But I can see how many of the deplorables are suffering from many of his policies. But I don't think Biden is worried about Domestic terrorists. So Biden simply says Trump supporters are his DT's
