Actually I thinks its against the rules to discuss why a thread was taken down? The country is on the edge, we shouldn't be egging it on. As I have said a dozen times, let the facts come out and let it go to court.
just the facts ma'am

just the facts

To publicly say a mod has a grudge against you, that might make a ban happen sooner rather than later. I don't know. It is just a guess.
Like I said, it's happening either way if he's fishing that hard to give me infractions. a SEVEN POINT infraction nonetheless.

You get a message telling you of infractions and it also shows up on your profile, privately. They do expire, though. So they are not permanent. But it takes a year or so to expire.

So if someone were to never be informed of having infractions, it is safe to assume there are none? It is good to know they go away, too. Thank you! :D

The entire thread was toxic. And that same toxicity is already showing in this thread. But ultimately the mods did what they felt was right and we are asked not to question the mods on their decisions. So it should be dropped.
It was not toxic. It had its bumps, like any subject where the sides have such passionate arguments. But it generally was mature and a fair volley exchange of ideas. Are we at the point where people who disagree, Christians no less, have a passionate theme bandied back and forth called toxic?

I don't understand the rationale, here. "A thread I was partaking in was deleted. Let me make a new public thread, with the same subect while asking why the thread I was in got deleted." Rather than messaging a mod himself to find out. Good logic.
I did PM the mod. Is this a either or proposition?

Just so there is never a he-said-she-said
I agree about the political stuff and have even wondered and asked why such is allowed. I wasn't in the cop thread but can speak experience from the political threads.

The vast majority of police officers have a heart to protect and serve. Some don't have the temperament to protect and serve and sons of them are black and some of them are white. You really should stand down buddy. :)

If you want a plurality of agreement with you, you might try a different site. The majority of evangelical minded Christians are gonna have a conservative bend....cuz we are mostly right. :)

Here is the answer...

[h=1]2 Chronicles 7:14- If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.[/h]

I privately reached out to a fellow conservative Christian on here clearing up a bunch of air and in there said that although there will be disagreements because no one will ever agree on everything, that doesn't give a right for people to act like complete jerks. And yes I am speaking from experience because there have been instances you and I have gone at it. Just because there are a bunch of something's, that doesn't give a right to act like donkeys.

And to think I was wondering why my nice prayer for everyone got no likes! I guess it is because no one saw it.

I read the whole thread. I didn't agree with parts, I agreed with other parts. I didn't see any solutions, though. But should that be a reason for deleting a whole thread?

I am just going to continue to pray! For the families who lost loved ones. For the people traumatized by each shooting. And for some kind of peace and resolution to what is going on in the US. I am old enough to remember the race riots in places like Detroit in 1967 and Watts in LA in 1965 They resolved nothing. It seem to be the same thing coming around again.

And to quote my post which disappeared, should we not be praying for all those involved, and for the peace of Christ to descend on the United State? Let us remember the past so we might not be condemned to repeat it!

I think it is incredibly easy to infer that someone is a donkey when they may not be in real life. You and I could probably be friends. Because if I was standing in front of you I would find out about you. What you liked to do, where you are from etc etc....and I wouldn't talk about myself unless you asked me. This a good place to express yourself...nothing more. At least for me.

So apparently if enough people cry and whine they delete entire posts. Some of you all are worse than 5 year old children. I pity you. I will pray for you but really, grow up.
