Possibly. However, the usual term is "alleged".
But the hate filled liar Magenta called Hillary a criminal when she has been repeatedly investigated by Republicans in the senate and not found to have any culpability. Then she stupidly pretends that she didn't do so which negates any credibility.
The word "alleged" would be more appropriate after an indictment, but before a finding of guilt or innocence.
I have no reason to believe Magenta is a hate filled liar. She can believe Hillary Clinton has committed a crime as I also do.
You, more than anyone else, knows that the Senate does not find anyone guilty or innocent of a crime except for the provisions of a presidential impeachment. The Senate and house of Representatives are free to inquire into any incident that may uncover evidence of a crime, but ultimately it would be up to a prosecutor to present that evidence to a court.
