I've decided to get back into competitive sports.
Since I'm a bit out of shape, I will simply do the strategic thing, and compete as a woman.
It is my constitutional right, as a man, to invoke all my rights as a man, and start being a woman.

Besides, as long as I wear a pretty dress... how will anyone know it's me?

why dont they just do a swim in pairs double relay team
first men then women.

why does it have to be stupidly complicated and super competitive, dont people even know how to have FUN

if you want to dance backwards and in high heels sure but you dont have to. You can still dance without that.

Sadly, with a lot of these athletes - especially Olympic hopefuls - mom and dad are the ones pushing them to be winners and living vicariously through their accomplishments. Honestly, I think raising a little kid from age 3 to be an Olympian is child abuse and not in the spirit of competition at all. But that's just me.

Because SOME child at the age of 4, participating in sports, is being pushed by his parents into something against his will, does not mean EVERY child at the age of 4, participating in sports, is being pushed by his parents into something against his will.

There are children who are very driven, and love sports, and could not be any happier.

We just aren't in a position to know all things, and know all circumstances.
We just aren't in a position to know.

It's good to be concerned about children, and be concerned about abuse... that's a very good thing.
It's good to have real concern, and have real empathy.
It's good that you have all this concern.
But even a virtue, like concern, has to be held back a bit, and held in check.... because we just can't know all situations.

- Hope you have a great week.

paralympians have their own heats, but many of them used to be athletes before they became disabled.

so, not sure about how that all works or how people can measure disability or handicap.

With women our body mass is smaller, have finer bones and not distributed in certain places like a mans. Otherwise, not too much different. Oh we also menstruate. But we can shave our heads so hair doesnt get in the way!

I think with something like swimming if speed is all you are measuring then ok whatever men might have the advantage but how about grace and beauty? Why not just enter the diving competiton instead? synchronised swimming?

or a completely different sport like sheep shearing. Women compete with men in that and sometimes come out top. And its also to do with speed, but depends on how good you handle the sheep too.

Yep slow news day. Canadian parliament agreed to give Trudeau dictatorial powers and Russia began their invasion of the Ukraine.

I would stay away from high heel shoes, or you might twist an ankle.

Latest diary of wimpy Kid - its called Big Shot. Greg the main character tries out for the basketball team cos his mum makes him. He would rather play Twisted Wizard video game all day.

It was amusing but I think my favourite of the series was The Getaway. That one was where all the Heffley family go on holiday(vacation) and things, as usual go wrong.

It's obscene the level of depravity and indifference to it that is permeating our society.

I'd love to see all women in sport where this abomination is occurring work together and fight its spread.

Agree beforehand to not participate in the given sport where these men think to compete against them.

When the starters gun goes off on the track field, stay at the starting line. Don't run. Let the man or men run alone or together.
Do that in every competition regardless of the sport.

Then what will appear on that track, field, floor, is men dressed like women and competing against other men. Or, all by themselves.

I'd also think it is a matter of violation of privacy and security if such men were permitted in women's showers and dressing rooms.

Though that's likely all done away with at this point.
All in the name of tolerating mentally ill people who we're to accept aren't worthy of treatment. Because mental illness is a civil right now.

Children are being taught in our schools that boys menstruate! We're on a greased slope to Hell. Where tolerance is a big deal.

Wouldn't it be fun if common sense made a comeback?

LOL!

Give it a few ticks and some activist in the rainbow file will demand she have the right to suction cup expression in public.

"Mollusc Octopoda have rights too!"

If I think of a cup of melted butter and sushi does that make me a Octophobe?
