Well if the polls are accurate and clinton is winning hands down, then ISIS is probably very happy about that..
I find it interesting that the early voting lines in my part of Texas are extremely long all hours of the day. Being that Texas is default Trump, it looks like people are in the mood for a landslide down here. Causation or correlation?

Your right we won't know until we know. There's a Dr who created a mathematical equation that has predicted the last 5 elections and he is predicting Trump. I don't know if his equation is fail proof but so far it has been right 5 times. So we will see lol

Whoever that party is, it certainly isn't Nate Silver who predicted Obama wins accurately and now predicts Hillary will win.

Years ago, social scientists and other health care professionals agreed that 45,000 Americans died every year from lack of health care coverage. Today, no one says this happens any more thanks to ACA.

While some Republicans want to see a return of the bad old days where thousands died due to lack of health care, I, for one, am very glad that particular holocaust is over.

Really...last time I checked the feds told the states to lower the drinking age to 18 or they'd pull highway funding. Do you just make this stuff up as you go along?

Just hold on there, the Feds have plenty of jurisdiction over those 2 ton rolling machines of mayhem and death. They could hold back federal funding like they did to get states to raise the drinking age in the 80s.

states are not obligated to accept funding - doing so is volitional as they have jurisdiction over those roads

Yeah but when the feds collect most of the money from the people, they are stuck relying on the feds.

states such as Texas get back more in federal revenue than they pay in - see our earlier discussion on Rick Perry's reliance on Obama's stimulus money

Well I guess the feds have got to do something to keep Texas from revolting.

This bit of news reminds me that we have lots of Finns here in Minnesota:

[TD][h=1]Former Miss Finland Is 12th Woman To Accuse Trump Of Sexual Misconduct[/h]

A former Miss Finland has come forward to allege that Donald Trump groped her while she was competing in the 2006 Miss Universe beauty pageant in New York.

Ninni Laaksonen told Finnish newspaper Ilta-Sanomat in an interview published Thursday that Trump grabbed her rear while she and three other contestants were being photographed before an appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman."

“Trump stood right next to me and suddenly he squeezed my butt. He really grabbed my butt,” she told Ilta-Sanomat. "I don’t think anybody saw it but I flinched and thought: 'What is happening?'"

* * *

"Somebody told me there that Trump liked me because I looked like Melania when she was younger," she told the newspaper. "It left me disgusted."
