Haha. So the black hoodrats bashing old white women for sport isnt racism? Glad someone finally cleared that up for me.
It's not racism no but it is discriminatory and quite frankly wrong. I'm not saying it's right that people should do that at all, I'm only giving you the textbook definition of racism. Also please don't say black hood rats. It's kind of an offensive term, although I agree that black people or anyone who bash on old white women are committing a horrible and discriminatory act.

What’s funny is that I have lived and worked around blacks and Latinos all my life and they don’t hesitate to often call each other derogatory names.

Well I guess it's different when you're saying that to people you know or one of your friends. It's the same with the n word. It's a personal choice, but using the term "black hoodrats" is really offensive, especially when you use it to refer to random black people who committed a crime or just people in general that you haven't met before. I wouldn't say that to anyone unless you and the other person are okay with that term. I don't think the person who said that meant to be offensive at all. God bless you.

I'm not saying that white people will never experience problems, but it's true that they'll have an edge over someone who's black or any race for that matter. I've seen it before, luckily it hasn't happened to me a lot but I've seen it. If you haven't seen it, I'm glad that you haven't but that doesn't mean that it isn't real. Just because some American states foughtagainst slavery, it doesn't mean that racism doesn't exist. Look at George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and countless numbers of black people who have been killed for doing nothing because they are black.
I can't change your mind, so believe what you want to, but the facts are there if only you'll look at them. I'm glad that in the house of God we are all equal.
Lots of love to you sister, and God bless you.
CRT is not about teaching history, it is a theory that explains inequity which says that race is a critical component. It was designed as a lens for law schools students to look at inequity in the legal system and see if there were systemic problems leading to that.

Now if you support equity which means that if a certain minority makes up 10% of the population they should also represent 10% of the people in some job or position.

I hope you support this idea because I have seen the most egregious case of inequity in the US and that is the NBA. I represent a very specific demographic of the country that is over 20% of the population (old, fat, white men) and yet you don't see a single representative of my group on an NBA team. It doesn't make any sense. If, for example the Knicks were to take the courageous stance to fight this blatant racism they could put me on the bench for the league minimum ($230,000 a year). Guess what, when the guy at the end of the bench gets into the game the game is already over so it won't matter. I'm not going to hurt the prospects of the team, besides the Knicks are never competitive, and if I did hurt the outcome in a game that would help them get a better draft pick! It's a win win when they lose.

Well when you put it in that light, it makes a lot of sense. Thank you for explaining that to me. God bless you.
