Lets break this down.
If a girl does this:
1. turn on her computer or phone
2. pull up a dating site
3. log in with her user name and password
4. put on her "dancing for weird guys" clothes
5. message a particular guy she wants to dance for
6. position herself in front of the camera for dancing
7. and then starts dancing wildly
One might just get the impression she is fully aware, and cognizant, and knows exactly what she's doing.

Lets consider some alternatives.
Scenarios
1. Yes, it's possible that a deceiving man is manipulating the girl.
2. It's just as possible the girl is manipulating the man.
3. It's also possible that neither is being manipulated by the other.
Conclusions:
A. Anyone might, or might not, be manipulating anyone.
B. Even if someone is being "manipulated", that person still has freedom of choice, and a conscience... and the ability to stop their actions.

Unfortunately some girls have no values about their behaviour and dignity for their body, they can act in an extremely unscrupulous manner inspired by the enemy. Any guy who puts Jesus first and the bible, should know to steer clear of that kind of woman in respect to personal involvement. If they do, they have only themselves to blame and take responsibility for any consequences.
