Ok, nobody brought the treats to go with the Coffee and Tea so I will ask another important question of you all: Is it ok, to have Ice Cream before noon? Well, for some of you, this may not even be an issue, but for me I must decide....actually I don't, for I know it is Ok, unless God tells me to watch my intake of sugar, or my weight needs to be in check etc etc, but since this is virtual enjoyment I can eat anything anytime here..so allow me to share! ... Dibs on the hot fudge!!

I have that happen all the time, I open the freezer and that one thing keeps falling out. And ironically, its the one thing I don't eat for awhile. Its like a sport...open ... drop ..pick up...re-jam it in ...go about my business ... come back open ...drop ... pick up ... re-jam it in there etc etc

I love fresh lemons..I slice them into wedges and squeeze it in just a glass of water, and eat the interior of the meat of it. They really are healthy for you even in those smaller amounts. I love it! Look out for the seed though, I've squeezed them and dropped the seed in accidentally, and knowing it was in there - thought I could drink the water and just leave it in there until the end, but as I gulped towards the end, it swooped into my mouth and I gulped it down accidentally...I coughed and went, "That'll teach me!" And it did - I haven't swallowed a lemon seed since.

Why do we all have that happen to us with our freezers lol what is that! lol
