Most of what I have learned is from google. A lemon wedge is like a lime wedge but the lemon wedge is the color of lemon, just like the sun in the sky. No, don't go outside and look at the sun! Bad for the eyes. :)
I know - there's heaps of great recipes on google - I do love the old fashioned cookbooks though lol

I have a Betty Crocker cookbook but will have to wipe the dust off first to use it. I use to cook and bake all of the time but have become slack of late. My wife says she might make some bread pudding so that will be a first for her. My wife collects recipes all of the time on the computer. It's a real handy device that's fo sho.

There was some complaining today in the Speak Your Mind thread. Someone asked why is what was so quiet lately and someone said 'cause everyone is in this thread now. This is the best thread on the site by far in my opinion.

Well the peeps are drawn here by God who draws us unto Himself. If the peeps are coming here it is because God is here and as we lift up our praises to Him - He dwells all the more with us - God dwells in our high praises! Let's praise Him togethaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa - LOL

Absolutely! I still use my cookbooks occasionally but now find it's easier to just turn to google haha

Yes ma'am! - We need to get to the Harvest field for the Lord says, many are in there but few workers are available. Thus, we need to give ourselves to those who heed the Word more so than those who need the Word, for to one's who need the Word, we should plant the seed and move on. For it will take the right soil to cultivate that seed, and only God can cultivate the soil, so, as we continue in intercessory prayer for them - we move on to whom heed (pay attention to; take notice of) His Words and trust me as a witness to God - He will make His spiritual productivity in the field come alive if we let Him..We have His Word on that!

And now that I'm waking up properly - I want to say that I do agree with you - and so to all that's been said I offer you a great big Amen!

I found out that dropping the phone for a minute or two can give you time to build a skyscraper. I just dropped the phone and voila... finished frying, made fish stew, washed plates and served my grandparents.... now isn't that swell... Lol.
Eating Eba and ewedu for dinner... not sure you know what that is but I might just copy the pic of one from Google.... what about you all.

To tourist- took the pic of my beautifully fried fishes but couldn't post and paste. You would have seen my beautiful masterpiece

I used to have a 1950s era Betty Crocker cookbook. But my kids made off with them during my moves into and out of the nursing homes. Have I mentioned them? Before my knee replacement surgeries the doctors put me in nursing homes for physical therapy, but it didn't work. I was holding off hoping for divine healing, but that didn't work out so well. I finally deduced that God could want me to do it the hard way.

They wouldn't let me get the surgeries while I lived alone. So I had to check into one again for about a year. Well, I was blessed with extra healing doing it this way. Doctors even commented on how well I healed for my age and condition (osteoarthritis). I got out in Nov. 2016 with two new knees. While in the nursing home, I saw ads for a new Christian publisher on TV. As soon as I got out I looked into it and got the ball rolling on my books.
