Well HUFL, lunch is over and I had to make a quick run to the hospital ER to pick up my son. He had high BP and a touch of vertigo at work. He seems better now. I was just over at the thread "8 myths about hell" and made a post that I'm sure will stir them all up. If people could throw off their traditional understanding of what the Bible says, they might learn something. That is the hardest part; trashing our preconceived notions.

We love you too Deade – and isn’t it great to have teachable spirits so that we are always open to learning what the Holy Spirit has for us, either through reading the Bible or through hearing it via our beloved friends and companions in Christ Jesus! I love Him so! :D

I’m so glad your son is doing better, must have been a scare for you. (((HUGS)))

When Life Hands us Lemons…

Whenever we feel afraid or confused, we need to exercise our faith. As hard as it is sometimes to do this, we must remember that even though we may not understand how God can possibly work our current situation together for our good, that He is in control and has a mighty plan already in motion. We are a work in progress, with all things coming together to form a beautiful masterpiece. One day we shall all look back and be amazed at what He has accomplished! God is so awesome indeed! PRAISE HIM!

Ephesians 2:10 “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.”

Or you could just add some Pure Sugar hahahahah :D

I have still been defending my honor in BDF. Yes, my son is doing better. He is managing a kitchen/cafeteria at a big Tyson plant in SW Missouri. Sometimes he gets a little flustered, but he is okay now. I wonder where Waggles is today?

I sent tourist a PM to encourage him. We shouldn't let people bother us when they get personal. I know discussing life and death issues cuts pretty deep, but when we attack a person personally we are deep in the flesh. When they insult me, I just back away until they cool off.

Yeah, I sent him a PM too just to show him that we’re here for him. He’s fine, he just needs a little bit of time out to refresh his resolve. Magenta was on the case yesterday so at least he had some supportive back up. It just got a bit heated is all, with emotions letting loose, but he handled himself extraordinarily well in the face of their criticism. J

I haven’t seen Waggles today – maybe we should send some prayers his way…

I had the most delightful banana shake. It was cold and thick and sweet. Just all kinds of yummy in a cup.

We are told to bring our cares and worries to the foot of the throne. Yes, we do that and then turn around and start taking them back one by one. Oh! Lord, let me have that one back. I wasn't done worrying about it. I guess we figure we can take better care of our problems than God.

But the only trouble is we are fighting spirits. In the spiritual realm, apart from God, we have no power. Why do we reject the absolute Power and wrestle with the defeated enemy. I guess we just like to be beat up. I am just thinking out loud here.

I stay away from the BDF because its very difficult to avoid getting caught up in drama no matter how fair or neutral you try to be.

I hope you have a good work week. :)
Thank you my friend. So far the week is going good. You're absolutely right about the BDF. There's always a drama queen or two there. Not the best place to be. :)
