I find that I sleep better too when it is raining. Florida had a rare all day ran the other day but now the sun is back out. The daily afternoon thunderstorms should be starting in 2 or 3 weeks. The thunderstorm season usually last for 3 months during the summer months. I always look forward to these as it cools things down a few degrees each day.

One of the reasons people sleep better when it rains is that the rain pulls down ozone from the sky. Ozone causes the fresh clean smell after a rainstorm.

One can get ozone generators and air filter ozone generators. They both help remove particles from household air.

Anyone with allergies would likely benefit from either one.

Raisins are OK in Kellogg's Raisin Bran. In bread pudding too but I rarely get to eat this.

A friend of mine told me a story of when he was eating bread pudding with raisins. He looked on the floor to see a raisin by his chair. He picked it up and popped it into his mouth. It wasn't a raisin. He had a chinchilla named CheChe that ran around the house. He had eaten CheCHe doodoo. Blech!!!

YAY!

I am so grateful to God for all the infinite blessings He has showered down upon me that if I were any happier, I would be twins.

Hey beautiful sister. Please pray for my mum. She’s just having some health problems atm. Thank you and love you xx
I have said a prayer for mum. My mom just had her 84th birthday but during the last couple years she has had a few health problems as well. God has a special place in His heart for mothers.

My wife and I watched the ABC World New tonight also. I used to watch Fox News but right now we have just basic cable and that network is not covered. Usually watch the news every night. I don't believe that the network is overly biased against the president, but of course, as with all major networks, ABC is certainly not conservative. Still, not a bad news show.
I prefer watching CNN, we don't have Abc.
Can someone please explain this "conservative" , "liberal" e.t.c. stuff to me.

Just chillin with my fams sis and watching a Princess Diana documentary lol
They still doing that stuff?

Basically, in this country a liberal believes that the citizens are incapable of taking care of themselves and therefore need all kinds of government programs to take care of their every need and desire. Of course, these types of programs are often abused and add greatly to the national debt that cannot possibly be repaid even in a 100 years. Liberals believe in big government.

Conservatives believe that that the citizens are responsible enough to take care of themselves and in the circumstances that they need help assistance will be provided on a limited basis provided that funds are available. Conservatives believe in small government.

Thank God you're fine and the tornado did not touch down. When I lived in Ohio, we had tornado warnings so often, I would regularly have nightmares of me trying to gather my kids into the house and away from the storms. It was terrible! After we moved to the east coast, the bad dreams finally stopped. :p
i lived in massachusettes for 2years, we had alot of tornados there. Was nuts.

The elite of the liberals are in it for the power. They buy their votes to stay in office with increased social aid to the poor so the poor will keep voting them back in to office.

This isn't the case with all liberals. Most of the rank and file sincerely believe what they have been conditioned to believe through the media and educational system.

Josie yes allow me to pray for prayer is our privilege and power God has granted us in Him:

"Lord, today we pray for Cameroon as this nation deals with violent conflicts between people of two different language groups: Francophones and Anglophones. Heavenly Father, we have seen that sinful nature so often causes us to treat others differently because of how we look, the language we speak, our tribe, where we were born, etc. We are disturbed to hear the allegations that the state forced thousands of villagers in the Anglophone southwest to leave their homes. We are dismayed that problems were bad enough that minority Anglophones felt the need to try to secede from their nation, and that this led to violent deaths for people on both sides of the conflict. We pray for the Cameroonian government to exercise wisdom, fairness, and diplomacy as they seek to resolve this conflict. And we pray for all people involved to examine their hearts for their own prejudices and behaviors toward those who are not like them. We ask for your help in resolving this conflict in Cameroon. In Jesus’ name we pray - Amen."

Michigan has its share of tornados too but I never saw one in the 28 years that I lived there. Florida has them too but mostly of the waterspout variety. I have never seen or experienced a tornado but have been through 4 major hurricanes and numerous tropical storms.

It's time to head off to work.

I am trying to read the registers of a VL6180X via I2C on a Raspberry Pi 3 with wiringPi. I think I might have to go with pigpio. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to PM me.
