Hi my name is Dan - I am new here to Christian Chat - my hobbies are hiking, walking, putting one foot forward, and moving onward and upward - in essence, I am constantly moving. But it is nice to stop and smell the roses and to stop and smell my friends - Wait What? Ya'll are wearing deodorant at least - right? LOL.

I thought of Ketching up - then even my spirit laughed at that - so now I am living in the "here and now" - or as I like to call it - the "Here with God-Wow!" which always translates into the now if by faith I remain in Christ.

You peoples are looking better than I had remembered, which somehow is a compliment despite sounding a bit odd. That just may mean I have a terrible memory is all - LOL :p;)...

Queen Josie - How are you doing? Bluezycatscratchmama how are you as well?

Bluezycatscratchmama - Your Cat to Human ratio is "Just Right!"

But pray for these people who did this video - please! LOL
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
Are you really new here my brother? lol

I like that Queeny thingy, loly, 'cause I'm the daughter of the King of Kings
We are all princes and princesses, queens and kings.
Bless the Lord oh my soul...

Psalm 103 King James Version (KJV)

103 Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

6 The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

9 He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.

14 For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

16 For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

17 But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

18 To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

19 The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

21 Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

22 Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.

And to the rest of us

"The Lord bless you and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The Lord lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.” Amen
Numbers 6:24-26

Nite nite peeps. Time for me beddie bye. Ketchup wid yall tomorra!

I hope you had a restful sleep, Deade. I did not :( On the other hand, to make up for that sad fact, I allowed myself to sleep in to about ten thirty this morning :D That is quite late for me heehee ;) Around noon I went out for coffee and my usual Saturday fare of a Cuban sandwich at my fave neighborhood coffee shop, where I also visited with my former neighbor Angie, whom I have mentioned here before. If you all could pray for her, I would be grateful. She has recently been through another bout of pneumonia :(

PS~ I recognize that bunny! :D

Howdy everyone.
My scriptures for today are:
Psalm 100.

I really love verse 3: Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us and not we ourselves;we are his people,and the sheep of his pasture.

Just knowing that I'm the Lord's sheep is extremely encouraging to me in times when I feel down.

I can always remember during bad or sad times that I belong to the Lord and no weapon formed against me shall prosper.

It doesn't matter how I look,how much money I've got.

What color Iam or what gender I am because the Lord doesn't care as long as I follow Him He'll lead me down the right paths.

Just like the good Shepherd tends to His sheep and protects them against wolves and all manner of harm.

The Lord will,can and is doing that for His people.
Amen.

Speaking of things Cuban....
Ricky Ricardo and Lucy in I love Lucy..

When he'd yell at her with his thick accent and then switch to Spanish it was hilarious.

Lucille Ball always cracked me up.

I miss shows like that.

Please add my prayer to yours for Magenta's friend Angie. If I remember correctly this woman has gone through an awful lot of hard circumstances.

Special greetings to my good friends that I have missed on here lately:
- Becc sis
- Didy bro
- HUFL sis
- Mel sis

All the saints send you greetings. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.
I miss you to Josie. I have been busy working and haven't had much free time. Still getting used to the changes to this site. For some reason it seems less cozy than it used to be. I guess that I can get used to it.

Well I was cruising through different threads trying to figure out where to join a discussion and decided to come on back to this thread.It's my fave so far....

On principal I steer clear of the Bible discussion forum until I can study enough scriptures so that I can offer something worthwhile, awe inspiring and faith building to whatever they're discussing over there.

Keep me in your prayers....
