What is keeping you from being as healthy/fit as you would like to be?
Mine: Sweet tea and Dr Pepper
I've cut back a LOT, but I know that's still a lot of sugar.
I teach dance as a hobby and run in the cool of the evening, so I do get plenty of exercise. It has been incredibly hot recently though, so I'll admit to slacking off a bit on my running. In my defense, my dog has too.
