hehe, I was doing the same thing

the first half of my nick is obvious
the latter half means "the source" / "the spring"
At the time it was the name of my school, but I'd say it's a suitable name for a Christian forum :)

*Is gonna call you "the source" from now on* bwahahaha

I'm reminded of a Linux joke. To explain, the Linux world is mostly open source - that means anyone can get the source code and modify it for his own purpose.

So....

"Use the source, Luke!"

I am/was/am not one of the lost sheep of the flock of believers and am/was looking for the Good Shepard to help me find my way back to the fold.

Wouldn't have been my first pick for a user name, but it seemed most appropriate to describe my situation.

I thought it was Dutch pride. Jan Kees, Yankees. That's where it comes from. Dutch names. Almost everyone living there then was called Jan or Kees.

Hi ,

My name is who I am though I was called noel or no-el as its both male / female it works though when you know my history and background youll understand why my name is noeleena , or in german noeleen é, the é or a is stressed ,

most who know me just use noeleena though I have a few friends because they have known myself for many years will call me noel , the only time it cause,s confusion is what one or two I know are male and have noel as their name so when they are about I don't answer to noel .

...noeleena...

BananaPie, do you remember when the teachers would let us interview old timers for our papers if they had competency with respect to the paper we were writing and use them as references in our bibliography?

I wonder if that's still as common today with the rise of the Internet. They still allow it I'm sure but I doubt the practice is used by students anywhere near the extent it used to be.
Have you ever read The FoxFire Books series?

Why not? It's a good show lol. It might actually be better now that Elena's out of the picture. I do miss Katherine Pierce though..
