hey i had trouble with co workers what i did was talk about something intersting to them, i tried to simpathize with them, then i said well do whats good for you because we all know what is good and bad and its always rewarding to take the right path. when i did this with most of the workers they all felt sad when i resigned to go into a vocational school even my very proud boss almost, just almost, begged for me to stay, well because im a good worker. hehe
