Homwardhound,

But isn't not our duty to Blase to speak to him from the Words of God and not give our own sinful, lustful flesh opinion....He asked for guidance...not ur opinion...Have u not read in the scriptures that God says...Cursed is the man who puts their trust in the arms of the flesh....Jermiah 17:5.....Oh and dont forget....God says, There is a way that seemeth right to a man...but the end thereof r the ways of death...Proverbs 14:12
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! you have judged and shown the curse you speak, aren't all cursed, is not sin, sin.
Does God love you and the whole? How many sins did God die for? All or just ones's select few? And that one can sin and excuse or not excuse, particularly excuse their own and accuse others. How does sinful behavior take place?
I gave God's love and am extendiing God'slove to you now as well as have to Blaise. You have free choice to either accept God's Mercy or not.
PLease I have harmed no one I expressed God's love that God has already expressed to all the world, leaving all with the free choice to either believe God at God's word or not,and have life or not.
Tell me whenn one sees that they are forgiven 100% by the creator,there are two ways to respond one take advantage not care, unbeleif. or accept this truth be accepted and thus respond in thankgiviing and praise, lisrteniing to God in your new heart and doing what God says out of love as Abraham, Noah, Issaac, Jacob, Joseph, Saul who became Paul, adn many Saints that were made righteous by God by Belief (Faith) trusting God.
John 1:29[ John Testifies About Jesus ] The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
[h=3]Ephesians 1:6-7[/h]New King James Version (NKJV)

[SUP]6 [/SUP]to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.
[SUP]7 [/SUP]In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

I have been accepted, loved and forgiven, and so have you, left with free choice, have you read all my posts and this is not the place for this attack, that I am sure you really do not mean it as that, not from your heart anyway, where the Holy Ghost lives that follows the love of God best described in 1 cor 13:4-13

First I'd say pray and seek the LORD, He will give you the desires of your heart, a lady that you'll get married to without hindrance.. give yourself time to find GOD for who He is, for the BIble says in matthew 6:33 seek ye first the kingdom of GOD and its righteousness then all these things shall be added unto you... secondly, you have a free will to chose, GOD gave us a free will, but it is noble and of great benefit to live by the will of the LORD, GOD

NO NO NO NO NO! PLEASE, DON'T TRY IT. WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN COMMON WITH AN UNBELIEVER? IF YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT THE LORD JESUS HAS IN COMMON WITH SATAN, THEN YOU CAN ANSWER THAT QUESTION YOURSELF TOO. REMEMBER, ANYONE WHO DOESN'T BELIEVE IN THE SACRIFICIAL DEATH OF JESUS CHRIST AND HIS RESURRECTION IS NOT A CHILD OF GOD.

I don't see why monotheism would produce similarity in this context...

Looking at the teachings of Islam and Christianity, the two religions really couldn't be more different. It wouldn't be much more similar than a Christian and a Hindu marrying.

Well for starters you'd both believe in only one god, and many of the same prophets. Of course you'd disagree with them about Jesus and Muhammad but that's the obvious differing point.

So, while I was in Dubai I met a girl (Abir) who is from Tunisia. I met her twice on my 5 visits, the second was completely by chance and we didn't plan it. We've kept on contact for these last 9 months and I want her to come to America and see me.

We both accept we have feelings for each other, though she is a devout Muslim (not burka or Hijab wearing) and I am a lapsed Catholic. We always joke around about converting one another and the like.

My question is, what is all of you opinions about Christian-Muslim relationships?

I have a neighbor....he is a Jew and his wife is Christian....they raised two boys...and all seems hunky-dory...

I would say an inter-faith marriage can work in this life if both side are weak in their faith.

As far as eternal salvation goes, we know that there is only ONE right path...and this message may not be proclaimed 'loud and proud' in an inter-faith marriage....that would be my concern...

Is this possible we were called to have life together enjoying each others company, not harming each other to live, laugh, and love?
Is not the entire message from day one shown to Adam and Eve love, Mercy, yet they needed to be shown, just as each of us need the same to be shown to be able to love one another unconditionally?

I mean the actual bottom line is full understanding result LOVE?

Scripture informs the reader that our battle is not with other humans but with the evil that resides within them.

Yep, truth Brother truth:
Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

speaking of our own:

Philippians 3:10 that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

Me to die daily with Christ in the flesh and be alive daily in the Spirit of Father the same as Christ was ever listening and doing as led, never taking credit for self. Giving all credit to Father and thus Father doing the same back to Son, forever praising each other as if the other is the center, staying emptied of ever viewing themselves as the center, think this is for us as well to praise others as better than self?
Can you see the Father, Son and Holy Spirit of Father all dancing around each other praising the other over self, and we are now through Son invited to join in this type of fellowship?

By not wanting to be center, makes you center, and not ever in selfishness, too busy making others the center and the others make you the center, kind of like a domino effect as one enters into pure truth
We thus live, laugh and love Father's way, prising others over the self

Maybe then reckon thyself dead with Christ at the cross and the fight is over, because we might see we are alive in Spirit and truth if we reckon ourselves the flesh dead, at the death of Christ, co-crucified that we might see the new life yes?

Philippians 3:10 that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Philippians 3:11 if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

Not even from a religious perspective, just from first hand experience, please do not be in a relationship with a Muslim. I have nothing against muslims, just dating one was hell for me, now it could be different because I was the female, but her family will more than likely disown her and you wouldn't want that for her, she will start resenting you. Conversion should not be about a person, it should be about God. If you were to have children, I doubt her family would have you raise them Christian.
