Hi everyone,
Do you really believe in 'perfect-match' in finding your life partner? Is it really happen in this real life?Is there any possible for us to get our life partner the way we pray for it?
i believe God creates one person for each of us. They are made specifically for us and were destined to meet and love them and be with them forever. However as we all know sometimes it doesnt happen that way, and our soulmates either leave or die, in that case I believe God has created more than one soulmate for each of us because He knew it would happen.

Ive believed this for ages ever since reading 'I kissed dating goodbye' by Joshua Harris. Many many people find their soulmates by trusting in God and waiting on Him to bring her/him by. I also HAVE to believe in this because if God hasnt created for me the perfect woman then my hope, faith and motivation in becoming straight wouldve been worthless.

I believe there are many acceptable but only one right person for most people. There are some people, however, who are not meant to be married.

Ok so what do you do if you find your perfect match and they tell you that you aren't THEIR perfect match, and that they'd rather wait for theirs?

I guess marry your acceptable match. Actually, I don't know what to tell you. The only thing I can tell you is to pray about that situation. It's possible, that the person you thought was your perfect match wasn't, and God was saving you from a lifetime of misery.

my parents perfect couple i have seen ... they are not in fairytales or movies they are in my life and really close...
;)
Thats really great, but I wonder if they had to work on their relationship to make it perfect or if it was that way from the first time they started dating.

I do believe a perfect match can be acheived with lots of hard work and give and take from both parties, but I don't believe you can meet someone who is already perfect for you and you perfect for them in every way.

I know Rissa has shared this analogy on the forums before....and I have heard it used in other circumstances too...but its worth shareing again!

Imagine a triangle....you are at one corner of it, your signifigant other is @ the other triangle of it. As you both strive to get closer to God who is at that top...you automatically get closer together.

My best friend Audrey and her husband Matthew, have in mind, the *perfect* marriage. They really are a wonderful example to see! The amount of respect and love they have for one another that they have through many different circumstances of life is really great. I believe God has honored them greatly because of this!

hi everyone..
thanks for the ideas. It is really inspired me.for all this time, I always believe in there was a 'perfect-match' that has been created by God for each and everyone of us. But, the question is: how are we really sure the person that we said he/she is our perfect match ? We might really pray for one but what if at the end that person go away from us?

Then as i said shane, there is another perfect match lined up for you :) God knows everything and He knows all the days of your life based on the choices you make. Nothing surprises God so trust in Him and everything will turn out great :D

I believe in a soulmate. That special person that God has set up for you. However, the 666 does not want you to find your him/her. So, if you fall into sin you will not find them. The closer you get to God, the closer you get to finding the person of your dreams; YOUR ONE AND ONLY.
