I'm going through my closet at the moment, trying to figure out what to wear for church. I know people don't dress up anymore for church like they used to. I have always believed though to dress up for my God and present myself in a respectful and classy manner. If that means choosing a dress instead of jeans I don't mind.
True and Easter is a day we all can put on something nice ... might even wear a jacket tomorrow myself?

Well, if the good Lord wants to bless me with a PYT to give me a little TLC, I won't argue with Him.
What... Joseph was about twenty years older than Mary.. I don't see the issue

Who here is praying God helps them find a mate?
I am not, btw. My plate is full, there are other reasons, and even if it wasn't, I just dread the thought of the conventional western process.
It used to be people who were not married wanted to get married.
I think today people are more content being single then in the past.
Anyone care to venture a thought?

well back when I was a heathen ..I really didn't see the need or great benefits of marriage . Now that I know Christ ..I take it so serious, I'm not going to jump into anything ... so

I think people today recognize the divorce statistics and it influences their decisions. Marriage doesn't seem to have the priority in peoples' lives it used to and it's so easy to treat marriage as disposable instead of fighting for it and sorting it out. "There's plenty of fish in the sea" and all that.

I'm content to be single. I never get lonesome anymore. I've got too many other things to dedicate time to a relationship. I just hope God is on the same page with me and that He isn't planning to throw my life a curve. I'd be overjoyed if some gal would love me, but I don't know if I could return her affections.

Marriage isn't what it used to be. I will wait as long as it takes for a good Christmas man. I have God in my life and at the end of the day that's all I really need.

Hey CrossTweed... I like the new avatar. :)

There's a typo in there, but it sounds good. He only needs to be on game for one brief season, or even one day. Are you accepting applications? :)

In my age group it's hard to find Christian men.

Don't be alarmed; I wasn't suggesting myself (sorry; should have clarified). There are some younger brothers around here though. I'm just enjoying the frivolity of this thread. :p

You must point me in the direction of these younger ones. Not much luck with this generation though unfortunately.

This is a test of my new bluetooth keyboard.

With an ASUS PadFone and a bluetooth keyboard, my phone is now my laptop. I love it. Everything goes with my phone, and it is only a tablet/laptop when I want it to be. :D :D :D
