Watching Days Of Our Lives, declining to go out with friends, sometimes make an excuse, because I rather stay at home watch a movie and relax all by myself :)

I had weird al's 'Eat it' cassette tape back in 1986.

Speaking of 'eat,' I would say a guilty pleasure could be dipping french fries in ice cream.

OK, already, at least I don't eat deep-fried Twinkies :D

I actually laughed out loud at the idea of Weird Al Yankovic being a guilty pleasure. :D

Taylor Swift(When I get married I'll be changing my last name to Mr. Swift)
All My Children used to be before it ended(My mom always watched when she was making dinner and I would be doing homework at the kitchen table and got sucked in)
Newsroom(Aaron Sorkin is a bad writer, but Jeff Daniels a great actor)
Once Upon a Time(blah blah blah faerie tales, I like it. And Red riding hood is very attractive)
Transformers(What boy from the 80's doesnt?)
Mr. Mister(Kyrie is catchy as all get out)
Macaroni and Cheese w/ Fish Sticks(I'm a chef and it's still my favorite meal)

You'll just be the source of another breakup song. Why do guys keep dating her? If she had no one else to date, then breakup with, she would stop writing songs. Look what happened to Adele! One good breakup album then poof, gone.

I absolutely love White Chocolate Mocha Iced Coffee. Chocolate, 90's sitcoms, and my most guilty pleasure yet, Days of Our Lives. In my defense, it gets me out of my world for an hour and into the soap opera.

David's Ranch Sunflower Seeds
White Chocolate Vanilla Mocha from Starbucks
Coffee in general...with French Vanilla Creamer :)
Chocolate (ugh!)
Army Wives, Psych, Revolution, Once Upon A Time and Frasier...all on Netflix
Books, books and more books...I have countless books to read and I'll still buy more...mainly Christian Non-Fiction and regular old Fantasy genre novels...though it is much harder to find good ones nowadays
DubbleBubble Bubble Gum
Archie Comic books...although now that they added Kevin, I have to look at them before I buy them, as I refuse to purchase an issue with him in it

I could go on...but I won't. :)

Eating a package of Chips Ahoy! all by myself, which I am doing right now
Mexican candy, especially Lucas
Tostilocos (I you don't know what it is, it's pretty much corn chips topped with tamarind, hot sauce, and fruits,etc...I don't reccomend it for everyone)
Playing videogames online
Playing videogames in a console, which I rarely do unless I visit my brothers
There are other things I enjoy but I don't feel the least guilty about them:)

I was hoping that they were going to stay with the primitive life theme, no power. My friends worry that they are going to go the way of Lost, get weird and confusing.

Yeah. I was disappointed when the power came back on...but maybe it was because they were unsure if they would get a second season and they figured if they didn't, at least the fans would be happy to know that power was restored. *shrug* I am hazarding a guess... :)

Bond novels
Actually any sort of literature or film that has pretty good writing and stories, but is peppered with racy elements: Justified, Gunsmith Cats (the manga), any video game where the character's outfit is basically a slutty Halloween costume...
Oh, yeah, driving in a manner that would get me arrested or my licence suspended when no one is looking
Homemade carnivarian dried fruit:
IMG_20131003_234053_568.jpg

I buy Transformers (the Generations line are modern iterations of the classic '83-'85 figures) and My Little Pony: FiM figures.
Classic rock music with...provocative lyrics (sure, everyone else listens to the lyrics in Bill Chase's Get It On, but all I hear is the best trumpet playing outside of Stan Kenton's or Maynard Ferguson's big bands)
Pork rinds
Grueling workouts followed by double cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries
Donuts and drifts in the rain

Yeah, I could keep going. I should stop.

I still play "Kyrie" as well (and a lot of other good old 80's songs...) 80's music was my decade! Guilty pleasure... or sign of old age??? Hmm.

And, after going on the Universal Transformer's ride 4 times, I've spent the last few weeks watching old episodes and reliving my childhood. Two of my favorite episodes are "Grimlock's New Brain" and "Changing Gears." (Ironhide to Megatron about their fellow Autobot, Gears: "What did you do to Gear, you MONSTER!!! You turned him... NICE!!!")

Gotta love those Dinobots... What they may lack in smarts they make up for in comedic timing :).

However, I am guilty of buying two Decepticon t-shirts. As I told the clerk, I love the Autobots.

But the Decepticons just had the cooler t-shirts.

Optimus Prime, I still love you!

Just as I predicted, a thread about "guilty pleasures" ended up with people talking mostly about pleasures that were not guilty.

I dunno...high-sugar/high-calorie foods and beverages seem pretty guilty to me...

Some of the things were guilty. I don't want to call out individual people, so I won't give examples. In all honestly though, when you see the world getting drunk around you, how guilty do you really feel after drinking a soda?

I know, compared to the world, this is like nothing. But I guess they're guilty-for-us pleasures. :p

But in all honesty I actually can't stand sodas (though I know you were just giving an example). :D And depending on the day I might feel absolutely NO remorse. Then some days I'm like "...Ugh. Should not have ate/drank that." :p

I see your bag o' Cracker Jacks and I raise you...

Actually, Lil, I can one-up on this :). I've eaten bags of potato chips and cookies... while actually being on the elliptical trainer ("my hamster wheel", as I affectionately... and not so affectionately call it.)

Dinner AND a workout at the same time? Now THAT'S multi-tasking!
