Speaking from experience?

If you don't want people to think you're a playa on cc, don't copy and paste love poetry to a woman you don't know cause you think it's fun.

This thread presupposes we're living in the 90's.

Tim and Steve should just get some Christian dating app and be done with it.

WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY!!!!

Have you ever used one?

Not many options, especially when you live in a rural area. Most the women on there, aren't really Christian..... Except for the 16 year olds who lied about their age to join.

I tell all my married friends that if they've found someone they can live with, just stick with them because there is NOTHING out there.

I'm immensely grateful for all the awesome friends I've met. But when it comes to dating, it's a shark tank out there.

Finding "the right one" is truly a miracle from God.

But at the same time, I'm a lot happier being single than being dragged into anyone's stories or shenanigans.

Oww that hurts, Kim... :( :( :(

:p
Lol.

Just remember, I count MYSELF on that list, too.

The older I get, the more complicated life becomes (I have situations in my life I wouldn't want to burden an S.O. with), and I think I'm also starting to fit into the mold of "too stubborn and too set in their ways." :p

I HAVE made some awesome friends, though, and I am very grateful for that.

And... Who knows.

God still works miracles. :p

If Steve is that emotional, why is he trying to get another woman? He sounds like a cry baby.

The ignorance of your statement is overwhelming and causes me to respect you less.

Geez....sounds like nosey people. I think that if you dont want to share the details of your personal life, it shouldn't matter if it's at work , at church or anywhere else. I do understand that some people in your church family are sometimes a little forward, a little pushy, but I think you'd just have to be bold and say 'I'd rather not talk about it'. Since my husband passed away 3 yrs ago, I've been asked out by members of my church and I've said no. Since me and my husband attended our church for 20 plus yrs, the men are my brothers. I would not date them.

Steve was actually a friend of mine... Very hard-working and extremely respectable.
