I have had a lady friend for about five months now. COVID was not really a concern nor has it been since. I know I will catch flank for this by some, but I refuse to live in fear.
Hi gosh I haven't heard that term "lady friend" for ages....yes I guess there is always done natural risks to some extent when an new relationship happens..Some people just carry in as normal, some have boundaries ect..plus it also depends on their individual situation ie if they have elderly people around them ect..

I definitely would. I wouldn't let a pandemic stop me from living my life.

Love is a gamble as it is. If you don't want to be single, date and roll the dice.

well, ironically, although not "dating", back in 2019, on another forum, a woman sent me 3 private messages, and then that forum collapsed. then, covid hit. thankfully she knows what i look like, but, i have lost contact with her. so, before we could exchange any external contact info other than the forum, the forum collapsed. all i know is her username. so, all i can do, is "wait" ..

I don't "date", but if I met someone that I truly felt/believed the Lord was leading me to, I would most probably try and hang out with them and get to know them as much as possible. Preferably in person, though if distance was involved, online communication would obviously be the only way.

I have very strong personal boundaries when it comes to physical stuff so there would most probably not be any physical affection involved anyway. I don't like the idea of doing romantic things with a man I'm not married to. (Wasn't always the case, but with experience the Lord convicted me of a lot of things.)

But somehow I have a feeling that I won't be meeting the right person for a while, so I'm set on waiting for some time : )

That's a real shame..
But if she is still active on C .C Is her user name still active...coz you can search for her on here...or does her user name have the word guest under it..meaning that she no longer uses that name at present

The same way I'd date anyone else.
Because if they freak out into mask mode or believe everything they see on TV and let the media control them, they aren't someone I'd want to date anyway.

In regards to mask, this is ACTUALLY the mask I wear when I go places.
People compliment me all the time and laugh.
Then I tell them "Well, if it's good enough for the Black Plague, it's good enough for COVID."
