KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE! We have to go back for more realistic facial hair! At least for me. KAAAAAAAAAATE!
For real that thing is glued on and too perfect (not over grown over the lips etc) when did Jack have time to look like he got Just for Men hair color for his beard and a beard trimmer kit? The answer....it was in the bunker all along......they had a full man beard grooming set with hair color included XD

Right on! Yes, it looks similar to the one from the bunker, only a bit more full. Still, that doesn't work. Jack grew his beard off the Island, not while he was on the Island!

I saw all seasons and at the end, it shows that none of it happened anyways. They were all dead the whole time! O.O

That's not true at all. They did not all die in the end. Some characters died before the series really began, some died on the Island, off the Island etc. Some died beyond the scope of the series. But they most certainly weren't dead the whole time. Those who left the Island by plane lived for many (or few) years after the series ended. The two left behind lived for many years. The series just wrapped up when everyone from the past/present and future had died and were gathered together.

I guess the ending could be interpreted that way. :)

Er... no. It was stated pretty clearly in the final episode of the series when Christian Shepherd had his conversation with Jack (his son) in the church. The one about 'Letting go'.
