I must say that if, this is the one for you, you will know and God will make that evident in your life with biblical and Godly confirmation, trust me. I know this to be true from first hand experience.
Never worry if the odds are against you, worry if God is for this or against it.
Sometimes you have to let go to let God show you what He wants for you and that may not always be what we think.
My thoughts are that sometimes God will ask us to lay certain things down in our lives either for good or for a season. You may love someone, but are they God's ideal for you, as wonderful and loving as they are. They may tick all the boxes in our eyes but are they part of your destiny, are they part of the equation of God fufilling purpose in BOTH your lives?

I love what Alysaur said about worrying if God is for the relationship or not.....that is the key thing!!!! What we think is best for us...what we like, what we want, what we desire.....although it looks great.....it may not be God's Best for us.....He may have better in store, but from our point of view, our perception...what we think we see, we think is the best thing at times.........and if we need to let go of that person.....Oh my IT IS HARD.......and I have been there......or maybe I am still there....hmmmmm.

He wants us to give Him the keys of our will. Sometimes he'll return them because the timing is wrong, other times the keys we want to keep will destroy us. I spoke on this in October at a teen activity, and it really changed some of their lives. Good thoughts though, thanks for bringing it up.

Yes I agree with you there.........and that has been my experience in life at times....giving something up as it would wreck me/ ministry/ wreck God's purposes for my life.

Do you still have the notes ? I would like to see/hear what you said. Can you mail it to my inbox on here? Would you mind?

understanding is the key to all things thur christ jesus but sometime it gets hard to think when you love someone and they have hurt you but you don't see past the hurt in some cases you just want to see that person and be with them i know that you pray about it but you feel that nothing is happenin cause you just want to see that special person what else do you do to get over that person well these nothing else you can do but trust in god and just beleive in him and he will see you thur now its going to take some time but it will happen.

that if you love something then you have to let it go and be free and if it is meant to be it will come back to you.
Hah! More than likely they will see there are other fish in the sea and or find something about you they don't like. If you break apart its very hard to regain what has been broken.

thats all really dumb. if you love something you dont purposely push it away.
On the contrary though what if the best thing for them is for you to get out of their way?
