How has this forum impacted your life, if at all?

I found this website and forum at the worse and most weakest point in my life. It helped me realize that I wasn't alone in going through trials and times of questioning. Reading this forum in particular gave me the encouragement that I needed to keep seeking God and rely on Him for absolutely everything. I praise God that I'm past that time in my life and thank Him for it because it has made me a stronger person. He certainly used CC and this particular forum in the process.

I was depressed and lonely & had no positive influences. Work & home & constant petty squabbles with family.

I felt desperate going to search for online chats & everywhere felt wrong. I felt ridiculous thinking there will be no Christians online.

I joined up & made a few friends & reading testimonies & seeing how I have everything to be thankful for made me feel loved... I got into a small argument with 2 CCers & I felt banned because these 2 are awesome people, good Christians.. feeling ashamed I left CC for 4 months & realizing I was falling into hopelessness I needed to reach this Love again

I came back & didn't feel Forgetive, I wanted to be Honest. I apologised to the 2 CCers & met new friends. Jilly helped me to pray to be filled with The Holy Spirit & I haven't been the same since.

Thank you friends & teachers. Thank You Father Above All.

When I first joined this site, I had been unemployed for three months and had just figured out that my fiance had been cheating on me for quite some time. Needless to say I was hurting pretty bad. Although I didn't really get involved in the forums for a while, my time in chat helped me to get my mind off of me and my circumstances, and refocus onto others who needed counsel and ministering to.

As far as this forum specifically, I've enjoyed the conversation and the people here since it tends to be more mentally stimulating than the randomness of chat.

I've been going to a big church for years. They are easy to get lost in. This place has given me a sense of fellowship I would otherwise not have.
