Kojikun: No joke! I was playing Saboteur a few weeks ago. It's a game about an irishman going around WWII Paris, blowing up German army equipment. I kept thinking, what if that game was made today?

If a face is painted on the trash can, I'm guessing it is either at a kids' amusement park... or in Japan, where they make everything cutesy.
