are we allowed to suggest what activities should put someone in danger of losing their man card?

if so, i nominate

wearing skinny jeans,
taking selfies, say, in front of a mirror
whining
and guys who take longer to get ready than, say, me. : )

Least manly man in the world:

"I'm like, so annoyed, because it takes SOOOO long for me to get ready."

Things that would gain me points on man card
- catch insects invading household
- bite my nails
- Superhero action films are the way forward

Things that would have my card revoked, cut in pieces and burnt...
- Most of my movie loves are chick flicks/romcoms - Miss Congeniality 1+2, The Proposal, 100 Days With Mr Arrogant, He's so cool, First Wives Club...the list goes on
- Shopping is pretty awesome, I do have a secret love for shopping for clothes, video games.
- I am very picky about my appearance, I hate leaving house and nearly refuse to if I do not look as perfect as can be haha
- I am a better secretary than any women ever. I have a borderline obsession with stationary, I loveeeeee notebooks, pens, desks.
- Sports and beer are two repulsive things in life, football (soccer) why do you exist?
- designing my future house decor and furnishings is much more exciting than a day of sport, paintballing or going to the pub.

*hands over man card* :p I think I don't deserve it? :p

I lost my man card twenty years ago when canoeing, and we got pulled into an undercurrent leading into a big rock. All our stuff went downstream, along with my man card.

Come on gentlemen. Tell us those secret warm fuzzy affections and sentamentalities that you are in danger of losing your man card over.
I loved stuffed animals. I still have my teddy which I've had my entire life. I've also recently acquired a large stuffed deer - his name is Wesley.

*sigh*

I guess it's time to admit that I have both watched the movie and read the book A Walk to Remember. The movie may or may not have nearly made me cry.

I love this thread! My sister and I went to see The Fault in our Stars at the weekend. There were about 20 people in the cinema and us girls were most definitely the minority. Not a dry eye was had in the house...think men aren't afraid to cry in public when they can do it with plenty of others!

The Brony business has been public for a long time. Meh.

Recently, I shotgunned the first 26 episodes of Jem and the Holograms in less than 3 days, and I'll probably shotgun season 2 in less time since I'm watching them while I work from home (lesson plans, writing music). But hey, this all happens at home. In public, I'm squatting 230 lbs, so my man card is there for all to see.

Pfft.. We can take all our time. Who gets to drive you women around and wait in the lobby while you girls shop? Huh? :p

P.S., I Love You is a fantastic film though I always cry at the end. Also anytime someone sacrifices their life for the betterment of others whether its Optimus Prime, Batman, or Bruce Willis in Armageddon, I'll cry like a girl.

Brian's Song
Dear Zachary
Some songs are tough.

I cry, whatever, Ill still beat up any of you in a fight...lol
I tear up for happy endings. When I hear a miraculous testimony, or watch a movie like Real Steel or The Vow, or when I see a happy scene on the road, I tear up. I might cry if somebody who matters a lot to me gives me a wonderful surprise.

Now why don't you try and take away my man card? :p

I don't have a clue what this has to do with the post you're responding to.

Hard to say. On the one hand, I'm a mountain man who gets a thrill from the idea of wrestling bears and such... On the other hand, I really have a strong affinity for animation, romance, animals, playing with kids, having fun/games in general...flowers...nature...soft things, especially in relation to beds and whatnot... Idk. *shrugs*
