To be honest I did the fictional characters to take the pressure off of other CCers because it felt like some CCers were pressuring others to actually be fixed up with one another. Plus, MissCris seems mortified. It might have been just me, it might not have been. But yeah. That's why I did it. I won't do any more :)

Pressure? What pressure??? Just because Gypsy is asking what my dress will look like and Grace-Like-Rain is offering to have face painting at the reception and Shour and Catherder are planning to direct and an entire orchestra at the wedding...

BUT REALLY. THERE'S NO PRESSURE.

I've bitten down my nails to stumps, called my doctor for the strongest mix of anti-anxiety cocktails he can legally prescribe, and am sitting in a chair obsessively rocking back and forth...

But at least I feel no pressure.

Last i heard Raine got a 'real life' and more or less got tired of CC. I think she logs in from time to time.. maybe, i'm not sure.

Er... perhaps I should explain my comment. I have stated before that my opinion of matchmakers has a lot to do with proper use of a flamethrower. As in, I've had so many real-life matchmakers trying to "help me" that it's tempting to use a flamethrower on them when I see them coming. It's something of a joke, y'see.

So when I saw this thread titled "Matchmaking Thread" I got out the flamethrower. I wasn't saying anything about you.

It's not. 1/3 are bothered by who they were set up with. 1/3 are bothered that they weren't mentioned. And the rest is just a couple of people in a cat fight.
