Okay, it probably did. As I stated in another post, sometimes I cannot interpret the proper intent behind a text message, and sometimes people have poofed on me because they misread mine. As long we're able to clear that sort of thing up here.

Reading this response made me think of something our boss is always telling us when communicating with others. I think it definitely is helpful in many cases.

Always assume positive intent.

It’s helpful for you as the one receiving a response and for the person writing a response.

good advice, most people have good intentions not really wanting to harm you

Just may be misguided as all since they are not you and cant literally be you or inside you.

If they really want to be INSIDE you then thats a concern and violation of boundaries anyway. Dont go there, have some respect.

Just say, my POV is this and the person can take it or leave it. Dont be angry if they dont take your advice. They dont have to.

It has been my experience, with especially young people, that it's not very often they will take heed to any wise counsel that is offered.

its because they feel offended they are not taken seriously perhaps?
we dont know everything even as adults and sometimes children CAN lead the way as Jesus did when he was just 12 years old.

weird..so he didnt invite me, well whatever

I dont like guns and roses anyway, roses cos they prickly and have thorns and guns cos..I dont like guns shooting and killing ppl.

If he was going to Mamas and the Papas I would have said take me but they dont exist anymore. Or even Abba.

Every rose has its thorn..sure and I HATE roses with thorns.

Familar with Guns and Roses but not the name of their songs. I liked Mama's and the Papa's. I believe that Cass Elliot died in 1974 of heart failure. I love all of the songs of ABBA. I still listen to them.

we have a lot of gansters in nz, nicknamed 'gangland' so I supoose its not suprising church members like them...they play so much hard rock in church these days that you cant tell the difference.
