Been to 28 states.we were flying over Teaxas earlier today. The skies were very clear, a d wow, not like I didn't know it. And I've seen it before, but wow, loads of open farm land.
Beautiful.
Texas, Kansas, some of the bible belt states. To me they are the heart and soul of the country. And this coming from a native New Yorker.

How wonderful that you have been able to travel so much!! I find that I learn a lot and meet so many incredible people when traveling. I’d love to get to Kansas some day. 🙂

As a Native New Yorker, what’s the best part of your state, in your opinion?

The way you felt about Maine is more or less the way I viewed Vermont.
Beautiful state, but chilling cold. The people were nice, but that New England stand-offish attitude...

The most memorable bit of scenery I recall was flying over the Grand Canyon on the way to San Diego. It was impressive.

I have been to Arizona but and stopped at Flagstaff but did not have a chance to see the Grand Canyon. I hope to do so one day.

I've been to the Philippines, Canada, have driven across the entire US, lived on the east and west coasts, been to Florida, Virginia, Maine, Rhode Island, California (where I be now), Nevada, Texas, and Hawaii. Probably left out a few states.

But my favorite place in the whole world by far is Hawaii...

I absolutely loved Hawaii!! I went in February and boy was it hard returning home. I loved everything about it. There is nothing like the water surrounding Oahu.

We go to Manhattan every time we visit New York. I love how we can literally see/do completely different things every time we visit.

I'm thinking I need to start venturing out of Manhattan. We were thinking Brooklyn next?? We shall see. :)
