At McDonalds I heard a person ask "What's on a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit?" They were answered "Bacon, egg, and cheese... on a biscuit." To which they replied "Yeah, but what's on it?" In the same way, when it comes to scripture, some people just can't accept what is plainly stated- such as "baptism doth also now save you." To which they reply "Yeah, but baptism doesn't actually save you." (wow)
